Appalling
Went to purchase a car, didn't want all the extras, got my HP sorted. Went to collect my car, no paperwork, no car, eventually got my car delivered to me, only to find they had charged me extras, ripped off and annoyed, had a refund for this. Asked a few times about 2 sets of keys, was told yes and then no, we will arrange a new key. Chased this now for 6 weeks and eventually got told today I had to go to their ford dealership to get a key!!! Just had a call from their manager to complain, he's not been there long, not once did he say sorry for all the miss information or the problems I've had.I now have to be booked in to get a new key cut. They will be collecting my car and will be supplying me with a different car. So nothing resolved. Avoid this place Customer Service or after sales does not exist here!!! Buying a car should be stress free. All they want is your money so they get their comission!!

Avoid At All Costs
Purchased used MX5. Contacted them twice regarding couple of problems while car still under warranty. No call back so emailed. No response. However it was due a service and they called me looking for the business so got them to look at car.Courtesy car had weed on passenger seat! Then fobbed off by horrible bloke as nothing had been fixed.Queried his answers and he said he would call Mazda. Chased him. Told me Mazda said problem was just one of those things. I called Mazda. He never called them. Pit in massive complaint. Got call from some guy who works for overarching company. Took car back. Got an engineer to ride in car. He fixed the problem.TW and Maidstone both god awful.BTW, when they wanted to buy my MX5 back off me they nearly blew up my phone with the calls. You get the picture?

Appalling Service And Shocking Repairs
My experience with this is quite extensive. I have a Mazda 6 sport D (58 plate) Which I bought a year ago with only 14k miles on the clock, and full main dealer history.
I first used Invicta Mazda with a repair to the bumper after being hit at lights. I took it to the body work de vision in order to have it replaced. I also took advantage of the same day wheel refurbished to. Two birds one stone kinda approach.
2 weeks later I get my car back, which I thought was a tad long, as it was just fit and paint bumper and wheel refurb (same day) I then noticed that the colour of the bumper wasn't several shades too light, and contacted the dealer. Only to be told that it dosent match due to plastic being different to metal; so the it won't match.
After they viewed the pictures, they did (reluctantly with a hint of sarcasm offered to redo the work and Refunded the alloys (after a complaint to head office
I then asked whklst they had to recticy the bumper, could have a look at an intermittent problem witt the engine, as it skipped at about 1500 rpm and there was a noise (rattle) that ran along side of the engine noise.
I the got the car back, a few days later. The bumper the correct share, and a a new injector relay, and a reprogrammed system. Problem solved? Well you would think so... The noise was louder when I got the car back and there was still a intermittent jump at 1500 rpm.
THe car goes back to invicta motors after being advised that it was an hour and a half wait diagnosis. 3 hours later, I get told that they haven't been able to ascertain what the problem was, and that I shouldn't of been booked In for a waiting appointment, and that the car needed to be re booked for a leave appointment so that they can strip my engine down to see what the problem is. (at £95 p/h)
They had the car 8 days, with no courtesy car in sight leaving me to hire a replacement for this duration. I got the car back, with an explanation of injector seals had been replaced, new oil and filter too. At a cost of nearly £700.
I asked if this was a common fault, and if they would expect it to happen to a car with 26k on the clock and 7 service stamps at Mazda (Twickenham). To which I was told not really and had a continuation made by mazda uk, as well as invicta motors that totalled half. Problem solved.....? You would of thought wouldn't you.
Unfortunately that was not the case. Now 2 months on form the first call to them regarding engine trouble; and three visits the fault is still apparently obvious to me, not a trained mazda expert.
Also those alloys too, still nice and shinny? No, the finish is peqling off on one wheel. So they can't even do that correct, worringly!?!?!?!
SO walk on by, find another dealer or garage, even if it's twickenham mazda.. its worth the journey for quality and service quality.
Disgusting
Very crafty pushy sales - they lie as do the managers, the staff change very often so you cannot chase anything that was said. Brought a used car was told by salesman and sales manager on more than one occasion that it would be serviced before I took delivery, it has since been proved it wasn't. There was no service book – I asked, it would be posted – it wasn’t, I also asked about a service plan and was sent one in the post, I don’t know what they are doing but over 3 years I was quoted £2378, at 5 services that’s £475 a go, they also got the car details wrong. I will not be going back there – they are bringing Honda’s name in to disrepute, the sort of service I went to a main stream dealer to avoid. Do not go there

Pushy Sales People
Worst experience in a garage. I had done all of my research on the car I was interested in and knew what type of cost I was looking at.. I enquired online didn't get a response, but I didn't think much of it. Went to the dealership. Was greeted by a friendly salesman, showed me the car I had seen online and openly admitted he knew nothing about it, which I didn't mind, I didn't have any questions about it. He was very nice, friendly. We went back to the dealership and he went to the finance manager to get an estimate on my current car and to "see what they could do". After quite a while they came up with a figure which was £70 a month more than I had informed them was the top of my budget. I asked what value they had given me for my car, I never got an answer. I realised they had put all of these additional extras on without going through them, I appreciate these are what makes them the money but not to even mention them, i was interested in a few but at this point i wasnt happy that they seemed to want to pull the wool over my eyes rather than treat me with respect. i said I was unhappy with the price but would think about it. So at this point the sales manager came over and said we could take a few quid off the monthly payments if I would do the deal today. Overall very pushy and not willing to take no for an answer. Fact is, all I wanted to do was go home and work out how much it was going to save me and return the next day, even after informing them of this, they still persisted that the deal had to be done today. Worst experience and it has really put me off going to a garage on my own again.
Absolutely Shocking
Same experience as everyone else. Wouldn't even give 1 star.

Dont Walk Away Run!
Ive had a fair few cars from a fair few of the "main brands" and have to say this is without THE worst dealership i have dealt with.. never return your calls when asked never answer the phone are always "busy" if you have a problem.
and just for good measure charge you just shy of £100 to even look at your car if its on a warrante claim .. non refundable of course!
They are in the wrong place they are on a main road but should be on a back street somewhere as they can then hang up their ten gallon hats..
I love my car the Mazda is great but if anything should go wrong there is more help in halfords!
oh and a by the way £600 for changing two front discs and a service (oil change!) i think not!

Terrible.
I have bought a Honda jazz from Invicta Tunbridge well it was a titanic ship on first voyage it broken down narrowly escaped from accident. On third day the electronic system failed. On last week the sensor broken down. The AA mentioned the Invicta Tunbridge wells have not yet repaired the system. I recommend never buy car from Invicta Tunbridge wells, the behaviour after sales were very poor.
