Bought a car from this company that had a few things that were promised to be corrected. Came to collect the car, and the previously agreed items were not sorted. More faults occurred with the car and they completely fobbed me off. If you see a car from this company you like, I beg you, save up a little more and buy it from elsewhere. These people are genuinely corrupt and dishonest. And I hope my review, if it deters 5 people at least... They're only polite until they have your money. I wish I never met this company and hope karma pays a visit to them. 26/09/14

Use caution if buying a car from Initial Cars in Leeds. I bought an automatic Corsa from these people. I was excited about my new car and could not wait to drive it, only to find I have been able to drive it once in 3 weeks. The car is faulty and will not start the rest of the time. The dealership let slip that the car had done the same fault with them before delivery. I requested a refund for the car, in which time I have been lied to, sworn at, called names, threatened and thrown off the property. I have been told that as I do not have a driving licence I do not know how to operate the car, the car fault is my fault as I turned the car off in the wrong mode. I have been given ridiculous excuses and forced to leave with a potentially still faulty car. All because I have been sold a faulty car and had the audacity to expect to be refunded for faulty goods. Be careful!!!
