Spec of car ordered was not what arrived, bad chips on paintwork, car not ready for collection even though they said it was, problems taxing it, fuel was well into reserve and they refused to put even a litre of fuel in it, in spite of a car "health check" both renault cards needed new batteries, reversing sensors they fitted failed after 3 weeks, after one month the warranty still hasn't arrived, if this was the last car dealer in the UK I would have to buy abroad rather than use them again!
