I found this company to be very helpful and was shocked at the reviews ive just read i bought my car from this company 4 years ago and the only problem ive ever had is the tyres needed changing which is quite normal im now in the market for another car a range rover sport and i wouldnt hesitate in purchasing it from this company. I obtained a Hyundai Tucson, The car had a fault with the clutch, I obtained some estimates the cheapest being £320.00. I was told by the mouth piece of the firm Nick Francis, to get it done localally and I would be paid. I had it done on good faith, I paid the bill, then sent the bill on the Francis for payment to me. No money came - and I am still waiting, this is over Five months ago. I say mouth piece, Nick Francis can not do anything until he has spoken with Tom, this Tom is an Irishman, and lives in Epsom and owns Hillmead Motor Company, Epsom KT17 3NH. (look them up on the net) They both advertise the same range of cars. So I would think they are one of the same firm. I would not trust either of them any further than I could see them, a right couple of shysters.

NEVER EVER by a car from this seller, Nick Frances being the name I've tracked down and am dealing with!! All cars sold are defective in one way or another and just like the person who wrote the last review, nearly killed my family off when car cut out at 40mph down busy main road!!! Going through trading standards at the moment and they seem to know quite a lot about this con artist and I am going to sue!!

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS CON ARTIST!!!! ANOTHER DUFF CAR SOLD WHICH ALMOST KILLED US AND OUR BABY!! CARS ARE BEING SOLD WITH ALL SORTS OF PROBLEMS AND SELLER 'NEVER' FIXES CARS AS STATED, THE CARS ARE JUST KEPT ON THE SIDE ROAD AND LEFT!! POLICE & TRADING STANDARDS ARE NOW INVOLVED!!

To Everyone who has bought a car from Hollyfield Motors and has had problems and still trying to sort and to the people who have not been able to sort as no last name. I can now say that you should try the name Frances.

Hello to the person who found the reviews very helpful.I too was not given any info or last name but i have done my research and found the last neme. I am guessing he refused to give you his last name also as myself.I would like to communicate but not sure how with out going public.I had heaps of probs with car and finally got back in a worse state than when originally dropped off.It is my belief my car was driven around for x amount of time and then delivered back to me used and abused by one of his so called mates.My car came back to me in a very poor state ie Mileage had been doctured by amazing amount;water in my car;soaking in fact.Huge split in my dash board approx 7 inches long and covered in mud outside and even worse inside.Not repaired properly either.Took photos before car went for repair ad now car back.100% worse.Think we should all get together and fight this guy and we wiull win believe me.(try the surname VINES!!)Here is my email [email protected] feel free to contact and we can fight this B.....together.I have all the proof in the world and all the backing in the world.Come on you people lets sort.Remember what happens next when there is a fatality in one of his cars....lets go for it...you have my full support.Contact me..

I also bought first car from the same person and guess what day two i noticed problems with water lying in my car on both sides and damp setting in etc followed by horrible smell.I told this person on day two and it took endless visits;calls and tex to sort and guess what three weeks later he takes car to sort.lies;lies and more lies.He pretended he knew nothing but i knew he was lying.He sold me car knowing there was a problem.Took car away to be repaired and said two days.Todate i do not know what is wrong with car.where my car is and when i will get it back.He will not tell me.To not tell me where my car is??The customer service is zero.Lies ongoing.Paid cash and no idea where car is.I feel sorry for the person who wrote on 18th Jul 09. Good for you!!I come from a legal back ground so i can deal with the situation.

Bought 1st car from Hollyfield Cars for £3000 and had problems within a few days. After a month of trying to get the dealer to have a look at the faults it was found to need scrapping as the engine was falling out the bottom! Taking this as a one off and being very gullible he swapped it for another car on his forecourt and stated that was absolutely nothing wrong with it and within a week we were needing to replace the clutch, exhaust system and electronics and have therefore had to get rid of it and are taken it through the courts!!
