Don't Waste Your Time
I brought a suzuki splash from a member of staff who has form of taking money and doing it on the premises which they take no responsibility for.
Watch out. They can talk the talk, any deal done on the premises is not to be taken seriously.
Do not by fooled by family discounts that the staff offer you.
Although you complete a deal part exchange your preloved car and pay the difference for a car to the member of staff directly, who also removes your car and trys to sell outside of the company without your consent so it looks like no transaction was done and the car you have possessed is stolen, be aware they may come knocking on your door 2 days later demanding the car back, they will not listen to evidence or even care about what their staff have done they will not refund any monies including £250 you pay to get the car ready in the first instance.
They will not conform to their contracts and they will continue to do the same every day.
There is no such thing as a caring sales man at hilton suzuki including management or even head office.
There is no point making a complaint in writing as they will never respond.

very disappointing experience when called in for part exchange offer at 11.30am and only one staff was available to attend the customer and again he was overbooked with the appointment. waited for 1 hour and had to go to other car dealer
