They have a camper advertised on the Auto trader web site, so thought I'd check the company out and I found this site!!!!
Checked them out at Companies House and Hey lane motor company ltd was Dissolved on 8 March 2016 they were a Private limited Company that was Incorporated on 30 May 2013. There Last annual return made up to 30 May 2014, and she was the director and only shareholder.
Good luck and I hope you all get something sorted, I've reported the advert to Auto trader.

Heys Lane Motors 6 Heys Lane Oswaldtwistle Bb5 3bj
Bought a vehicle in 2014 had to spend £thousands to put it right.
Plenty of court action against these guys just keep sidestepping the warrants by changing their name and details.
They may have the some good cars but they dont sort out problems as a legitimate trader should.
AVOID if you dont want hassle try a reputable garage or just go to the car auctions and buy a trade in from a main agent with lots of service history and MOT.
Save the money these dealers make and put it to a good warranty company that will cover any faults. NOT THESE GUYS.

Heys Lane motor company ltd in Oswaldtwistle are nothing at all to do with Heys lane car sales, who are in a totally different town and trade under many other names. I agree with the other reviews.
This garage is at Oswaldtwistle and is known for its bad reputation.
There are currently several claims and judgements against him and his companies.
Judgement day is coming for these rip off merchants. !!!
I can second that I bought a car off the oswaldtwistle dealer they are brilliant

Avoid This Place!!!
We were ripped off by this idiot too, just reading some of the comments on here about LMC Motors aka LDC, there are several more that he has been trading as over the last few months, possibly longer and it looks like they have moved on again. Did a bit of hunting around before deciding to buy a car from this place and quite frankly, I wish I had not bothered. The people that work there are full of rubbish and avoid any form of contact with their customers after they have ripped them off.
Bought a car which I thought was a bargin, had a list of things that he said he would "sort" before releasing the car to me, none of which were touched. Came across as very helpeful offering to deliver the car to my place of work in exchange for my previous car. The guy on the day came across as very genuine and said there was an MOT centre across the way along with a valet place and attached to that was place that could sort out any problems with the paint work. Turned out that the garage he was referring to was a MOT centre, but that was it. The MOT wasn't even done there anywhere! We didn't know it was only a MOT centre, and none of the others he mentioned (referring to him as he because he very cleverly never gave his name). It was a Sunday when we came across his "company" so the MOT station was closed. After taking the car and realising nothing he said would be done had been done, tried to call him, left several messages and was given some rubbish about him being busy with cusomers and would ring me back which he never did, persisted and carried on to the point where he blatently ignored any calls made or messages left on his voice mail (as requested on his answering machine) and no replies to text messages either. In frustration at him ignoring us I asked a friend to text him claiming they were interested in a car and surprise, surprise, he contacted them back quick enough! The car spent longer on my driveway than it did being driven and when I confronted him about it, when I eventually did manage to speak to him, he had the brass neck to say he had spent a lot of money on the car we gave him as a major part had gone, which is absolute rubbish, there was nothing wrong with the car we gave him in part ex, we just felt it was time for a change. I seriously hope that the comments on here are true about him being taken to Court because he cannot get away with this much longer, on reading some of the comments on here about the death traps he has sold, its amazing how no one has had a serious crash yet or even worse, lost their lives. Worse still, they are trading in Autotrader under various names so who knows how many other adverts they have out there under who knows what name. In my view, you can only get a way with ripping people off for so long before it comes back to get you. I have now sold the car on as it was competely unreliable and we fixed the problems he left us with, by which time I had no confidence left in it. Went to a decent garage that actually treat their customers with respect, a word that these wasters should find the meaning off. Was considering taking court action against them but I figured I have wasted enough money on them as it is for them to simply ingore any other form of contact by way of legal letters etc. I have also been in touch with TS about them so hopefully, something will be done.

Criminal
we bought a car from him and almost had a crash because the power steering stopped working in the curve. He must have known about it and didnt tell us that it is highly dangerous and that we might die. Lucky we didnt take our baby on it straight away! He didnt sign the invoice (we were so stupid not to check!) and didnt send the documents to DVLA to register us as new owners. when we tried to register, DVLA told us that the car has been written off by the insurrance and that we need to do the identity check to see if this is indeed the car or has been stolen. Someone needs to put a stop on it!
the car has past the identity check. So at least it wasn't stolen. nobody could tell us why exactly the insurance has written it off, if it was just the power steering (920 only for the replaced part) or an actual accident. We hope that there are no further surprises.
yeah so hopefully he will get into trouble how have you got on with your car
thats great news :)
he is being taken to court ts have been in touch with me

Heys Lane Cars Centre Aka Gh Car Sales Aka Lancashire Diesel
Please read this thread carefully as it explains what not to do when dealing with the garage above....Do not take anything he says as being true. It wont be.. Do not believe that you are going to get a good deal ...You are not! If he says it has a full MOT, check the paper. Do not hand over any money as a deposit. He will sell the car to someone else and not return your deposit. He is alleged to clock cars {change the mileage to make the car appear better and newer than it is } If you are unfortunate to have had dealings with this man and cannot find any answers to your questions go the the consumer website and ask on there.. People are starting to complain to Watchdog and apparently the Trading Standards have had complaints about this salesman's ethics. Lets see if they are as good as there word.... Watch This Space

hi i'v just read your comments on G.H motors. I bought a 307 hdi from them on the 7th of this month he told me that it had 12months mot only had 1 the car isnt road worthy it goes into limp mode all the time, when i phoned him to go look at it he said it drives lovely no faults i travelled over 200miles to buy that car, every time i fone him he puts phone down or trys to say he doesn,t sell cars. Iv had to get in touch wit trading standards to try sort something they just money grabbers. Also reading your comment has made me think now cos its a 51plate only done 76000 which he said its done 68000.
Trading standards are in the process of taking him to court, I unfortunately bought a car from him in April 2012 and I have been dealing with Lancashire Trading Standards since then.

Under No Circumstances By A Vehicle From These Cowboys
Last week I bought a car from Lancashire Diesel Centre and traded in my 13 year old car the following day I took the new car to a garage to have a look over as I do not know much about the underneath of a bonnet. The garage told me that the clutch needed replacing, the exhaust was about to go and the front tyre was bald to the point of illegal. I did think it looked a little worn but thought it would be ok until I could get a replacement. I then noticed they had conveniently stapled the MOT certificate to the log book covering the actual mileage which was over 85000 last June, they had sold me the car with a mileage of 76000. After asking for a refund I was told my part ex car had been scrapped which it hadn't as is currently being sold on Auto Trader showing a reduced mileage to what I left it with so clearly not averse to clocking vehicles before they sell them. They are now refusing to answer the telephone to me, my husband or anyone else that tries to speak to them and have left me with an unroadworthy pile of junk that I can't drive. It was also supposed to have 12 months MOT on it and he had lied about that too the MOT expires in 9 weeks.
if anyone has any info about this guy, please post, as I for one think Andrew Long deserves a good prison sentence and a new boyfriend to look after him whilst in prison
This guy needs some government intervention..Rip Off motors at its worst
