He is arrogant and rude. We bought a car and he never provided proof of the guarantee. Do not buy a car from this guy!

I bought a Smart car and part exchanged my Honda S2000. The fella who runs this business is mad busy. If you can get to see him (which I admit is slightly difficult) you are left to your own devices to view and test drive the car you wish to purchase. I was offered a fair price for mine and was not hassled or fed sales jargon in any way unlike many of the other Main dealers I visited. Go to a main dealer if you want a deal to drag on for hours!

After reading some of the reviews here was slightly worried about dealing with these people but needn't have worried, after getting lost looking for the place I found the guy honest & pleasant to deal with, I was told on the phone what minor issues there were with the range rover I was after which explained why the price was good, very pleasant and humorous easy to deal with, the car is still going and I am one happy bunny

Salesman was great, really knowledgeable and friendly. He put us at ease and answered all our questions. The car is great and really pleased we bought it. Great value for the car. I would recommend to everyone, was a simple process.

Spoke with sales guy yesterday and ask to come a few on Sunday he said they would be there all day and give him a quick call when near. Well drove for over an hour called when near no answer.

Called for the next hour with no answer left messages to call back as round the corner waiting but no call back at all. We had the cash in our hand to buy the car today as long as it started it would of sold. I have been in sales for over 15 and this is not how you get or keep customer :-(

Phoned this place twice to arrange a viewing. First time he said to call back tomorrow and that was it. Called the next day to view a car, he asked what colour car (he had 2 in stock of same make) i said silver he then said we cannot do that and then wanted to end the call. Any decent dealer or even sales person in general would be more accommodating and ask if I could make another time, but no he couldn't wait to get of the phone. Makes me wonder if this guy actually wants business his way? Would not recommend.

I was a bit apprehensive at first, but took the plunge and went to see a porsche. Well this guy knows his stuff, the car was as near to perfect as I could of wished for, and he was very helpful. Selling top of the range expensive cars you are bound to get timewasters trying it on. I'm chuffed to bits and will def go back to him for my next car, I'm happy and that's what counts in my book.

Me and the wife brought 2 cars from herts sports cars, got to say reading the other reviews i was cautious, but they had the best value car available, miles and spec, so i had to go along and look, when we got there you can see why they have no time for time wasters as it is an internet run business

We were left to look around the car with no pressure and then ended up buying 2 cars, fantastic value for money
