Henlow Car Sales, Bedfordshire

I have purchased numerous cars from Henlow Cars and always feel like they want to sell me a car I want rather than one they want to sell. They always have a a good selectiion of cars all good quality and let you have a good test drive and with me have allowed me to go unaccompanied as so I can get a good feel for the car and make my own mind up which for me is great and shows faith in the product they are selling. Have found that when buying they make sure the car is road worthy re good tyres, new mot etc, all the little things that would often cost you a month or so after buying a 2nd hand car but not here. Very good after sales service as they most certainly want your return custom so I'm sure once you too buy your first car from Henlow cars you will likely to return to see what they have when you need a replacement.

Fair sales prices and fair trade in price with excellent service...........what more do you want.

Found the service to be very friendly and professional, no pushy sales talk or pressure to buy, had a good test drive and the price for p/x was very reasonable bearing in mind the car we purchased was well priced to others we had seen, would I recommend? Yes if you get the same service we did as I am very pleased with our new car 6 weeks later

Seemed very friendly and helpful. Listened to my requirements and found a vehicle. However, once I had handed over the money things changed. They told me that vehicle had full service history - it did not. Promised that they would get a spare set of keys - they did not. Promised that they would get the locking wheel nut remover - they did not. Phoned them loads of times, and each time they very sincerely say that they are looking into things - 2 months later I am still waiting. Would not recommend.
