Bought a car through Hendy Ford Redhill and after 3 weeks wasn't happy with it. Contacted dealer and exchanged through their 30 day exchange policy. When I first arrived back salesman wasn't sure how the policy worked but after getting confirmation from head office exchanged for full purchase with no quibbles. Would recommend

I have just purchased a three month old Ford Fiesta. The salesman was extremely helpful. He listened to exactly what I wanted in a new car and there was no pressure from him at all. I was not hounded which is important, as buying a car is a big decision. He was extremely knowledgeable and even spent a long time with me loading up my phone and contact list and loading up my sat nat via an app on my phone. He could not do enough for me.
