Do not put a deposit down for a car they will not give it back if you do not want the car! I explained to the guy on the phone that I lived in London and I wanted the car but there may be issues with getting there and he assured me that if I had issues I could get the deposit back! Now they are saying that because I couldn’t drive 300 miles at the weekend because of family and work commitments to view the car they are keeping my money!

The guy explained that it was a t&c on their website however I saw the car on eBay and called and made the deposit transaction over the phone, I never viewed their website. Just another morally wrong crooked company taking money from you!

Test drove an Audi A6 ; agreed a price by email and paid the down deposit directly to

Their bank. They confirmed receipt and agreed time at weekend to pick up post valet and up to date MOT. We sorted insurance out, got the kids ready sun am, all drove 15 miles up the motorway to collect to be told they'd sold it "by mistake"

Still haven't returned the deposit 2 weeks later. Make your own mind up what kind of dealers they are......

I bought a car from good motors whilst all was well at first, nice staff and good price etc, in the past 6 months since having the car I have spent over £1270 trying to get the car back into a working and safe condition. I don't know how this car could have possibly passed its' MOT whilst at good motors, so many things wrong with it and I have sought 2 opinions from different garages. I will not be visiting again.

I recently purchased my vauxhall corsa 1.2 from good motors got what i think is a good deal all staff very friendly they let me test drive the car and then i came back with my dad for his inspection all went well i bought the car and took it home later that day the only thing that i wasn't happy about is they taxed the car for 6 months for me and i only got 5 months 1 day when i asked why it was only 5 months not 6 months i was informed that it starts at the beginning of the month if they had told me i would of picked the car up the next day to get a full 6 months
