I Have Just Purchased A Kia Sedona From Fine Cars

I have just purchased a KIA Sedona from Fine cars and I found them very helpful and gave a good service. Their sails man was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They gave good attention to detail and although I was buying from distance, their correspondence was good. Thanks for a good service. I have no hesitation in recommending them if you want to purchase a car.

Having Bought A New Hyundai Coupe From My Local De

Having bought a new Hyundai Coupe from my local dealer Fine Cars of Lee-on Solent I was pleased that I had chosen wisely. The car was well made, well specified and was affordable within my price bracket. Also, I had received good service from the dealer and was pleased with the level of backup when the inevitable minor niggles occured and needed sorting out. In my local area there are a high number of Hyundais on the road and much of the Hyundai success was due to the satisfactory way in which the dealership handled their customers.

So here I am 25,000 miles further down the road and all is well with my Coupe until I receive a letter from my Hyundai garage advising me that Hyundai have seen fit to withdraw the dealership from them on the basis that they are too small. So now all the thousands of people who have purchased Hyundais over the years have suddenly had their servicing and backup taken away. What a way for Hyundai to shoot themselves in the foot. I can't believe what a stupid decision Hyundai have taken with the result that thousands of their customers now feel abandoned since they will now have to seek servicing and parts from a dealership some distance away. Also I understand the alternative dealership already has a reputation for run-ins with the local trading standards office.

If you're considering the possibility of buying a Hyundai then the moral of the story is to take account of likelyhood that Hyundai might well take away your local dealership too and leave you stranded just like they did with us here in Lee-on-Solent
