They will promise you everything and make you feel like a valued customer UNTIL there is a problem then they laugh in your face and with a smirk tell you bought their insurance and there is no way to cancel it.They hang up on you and do not return calls until you post something negative. If at all possible go to another Nissan dealer these people are not worth your time or your money

Took My 07 Titan In To Have An Oil Change. That To
Took my 07 Titan in to have an oil change. That took over 2 hours. Then I had to have my glovebox replaced. I had to call Fenton to see if the part had come in because they had not contacted me. The part had been in for nearly 2 weeks. Then, I waited for them to warn me that my tire pressure light was on. They never did! What kind of service is that? I will never return to Fenton Nissan.

They Will Tell You One Thing At Fenton Nissan East
They will tell you one thing at Fenton Nissan East and do another, and then act like it's your fault. They also love to hang up the phone on you when you're in the middle of talking to them, not to mention they have totally forgotten how to say 'Thank you' and show common courtesy. If you buy from these guys, you're only going to be kicking yourself in the butt later.
The only reason they even got some what of a positive rating is because the guys in the detail department did a good job of cleaning the cars on the lot.
