After having a horrendous experience with a 2nd hand dealer in Loughborough - I needed a new car and I needed a good one! I bought a beautiful Mazda6 from Mark and I cannot fault the car or the service. Mark was honest about an issue there had been with the previous owner - the car had been returned due to a sump problem (common issue with these cars) he talked me through all the work that had been done to fix the problem and showed me the relevant paperwork - I also had a chat with the mechanic that had spent many evenings getting this car back to it's former glory!

When it comes to me buying my next car I will most definately be going back to Mark at Excell - I honestly cannot thank him enough for all that he has done - which is why I am writing this review - even if he didn't have the car I was after I'd probably buy anything from him because I know he's a reasonable guy! (it helped that there was a family in there buying their 3rd car from him - if that isn't proof he's doing something right I don't know what is!)
