Evans Halshaw, Merthyr Tydfil, Mid Glamorgan

We had a few annoying administrative problems after buying a lovely used Clio from here, these were mainly due to one individual who was very pleasant but was not very good at following up on problems. Once the manager passed my issues on to the receptionist/administrator however, everything was sorted immediately and to my satisfaction. So none of the problems of poor customer service some of the Evans Halshaw customers seem to have experienced in other branches.

We did travel a long way to buy this car and that turned out not to be such a a good idea on a practical level.

Sadly, I think happy customers don't always write reviews, so I felt I had to make the effort.
