Took our 2008 fiesta here for a service after having recently bought it new. Presumably as they washed the car they scratched every panel on the car and most of the windows! What ensued was weeks of arguing with the service manager whose sole mission was prove it couldn't be them. He even got their window polishing people in, not to polish the windows, but to convince me they couldn't have done it. After standing my ground they eventually had the scratches removed and a couple of the windows replaced. They then parked it up in the ridiculously congested car park, where a headlight lens got damaged by a passing car!! Again, was met with a grumpy response and was told "you can't keep getting us to do things to your car"!! Ridiculous! Eventually got the headlamp replaced with another used one and went on my way.

Ill never return....

After paying £7000 cash for a used ford focus i returned to Evans Halshaw for them to check my 2 back tyres which i only just realised they were very well worn.Straight after a salesman looked at them they all closed ranks and did not want to know.The tyres were only just legal but i felt i shouldnt be spending money on car as early as that as i returned within the 3 months i was allowed.After talking to a manager i was told different stories on the details of the car like where it was serviced and were the vehicle was prepped as to where they told me when i was buying the vehicle.This branch has now lost my custom on future servicing,future purchasing and any good reviews to anyone thinking of going to this dealer
