Waste Of Time And Money

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, that's being way too generous. Sold a car with faults, took 5 month to realise the fault and another 1 month to get book into the service department. Told I would have to pay for it cause it was no longer under warranty but still had warranty with seat so had to go there instead and would be covered. Fixed 1 fault but had to pay for the dash to be fixed and Evans halshaw were not interested cause it was out of warrenty and refused to pay, just seem to be pushed from pillar to post trying to resolve the issue. The salesmen don't care once they have sold the car and the service department are a complete and utter shambles. I would recommend anyone looking at buying from here to stay well clear and go elsewhere. This is the second time I've bought from Evans halshaw and will certainly be the last... Lesson learnt, stay well clear.

Poor Customer Service

Very bad experience with this garage. They priced a car on the forcourt at £4085 and when I came to buy the car they increased the price to £4682 and tried to blame human error. The sales staff were quite rude when I questioned the price and told me they have kicked people out before!

I would not recommend this garage. My complaints appear to have fallen on deaf ears with the complaints team also have yet to reply!!!

P Up In A Brewery!

I honestly think that no one at Citroen Evans Halshaw in Stockton has a clue what is happening with your car once it is in their hands! They told me yesterday they didn't even know where ours was, it wasn't on their forecourt! What The F.

They have had it for 3 weeks now to replace three tyres and do some work on the exhaust as it did not pass its MOT (we bought the car from them at the end of May and only drove it a couple of weeks before dropping it off to have the work done)

They had had it for 10 days before i called to ask where our car was and they told us they couldn't get the tyres off as it was a Toyota and they do not have the means of removing Toyota tyres, they said they had been looking everywhere for somewhere that could remove the tyres but with no luck......HOW ABOUT TRYING A TOYOTA GARAGE!!!!!!

Funnily enough after just one 5 minute phone call to Toyota I found out that Toyota in Sunderland just down the road from Evans Halshaw could do the tyres.....yet after 10 days Citroen Evans Halshaw couldn't find anywhere...??!!! I mean, it's a Toyota vehicle why would you not call Toyota???!!!

Anyway another 10 days later and we still don't have the car, reason I was told YESTERDAY; its failed its MOT because of a fault on the exhaust......hang on...that's why it went in in the first place 20 days ago.....to change the tyres and mend the exhaust/do the MOT.....!!!

Wonder if we will receive the vehicle this week??!
