Evans Halahaw Bury - A painful and expensive experience.
Best avoided! I went to Evans Halshaw Bury for a used Fiesta. Found the car I wanted, took a test drive, liked it. Unfortunately every other part of the process was a complete farce.
The car wasn’t ready to collect when they said, they tried to add £100 on at the end for a ‘vehicle check’, on the motorway on the way home it was clear something was not right with the car at speed…
I took it to my mechanic to find 2 slightly buckled allow wheels, 1 broken bearing, the Bluetooth was broken and required replacing and the air conditioning was not working. Over £900 in defects. ‘Customer service’ was nonexistent and they never replied to my letters. I will never deal with Evans Halshaw again.
