Dorschel Kia, Rochester, NY

We were told we were approved for the used mini-van that we wanted, so we went in to Dorschel Kia, Rochester, NY, only to be directed to the Director of Finance, who had absolutely no problem whatsoever making us feel terrible about our credit, how much of a down payment we had, and pretty much anything else you can think of. He was so incredibly rude and should not be in a business in which he must deal with people. Anyway, we got a call to come in, thinking we were going to pick up our van. Well that didn't happen. The Director of Finance said the bank would only approve us for a brand new car (yeah right). Well, good thing my husband got a peek at the paperwork because he saw which bank approved us. We went somewhere else a few days later, told them the bank that approved us, and we got a GREAT used mini-van, just like we wanted, and for a couple thousand dollars less than Dorschel.
