We have a signed a bill of sale, from Don Bulluck Chevrolet Cadillac in Rocky Mount, for the purchase of a new vehicle, which we paid for in full and signed over the title to our own vehicle for trade. Hours before picking up our new vehicle, 3 days after buying it, we received a phone call that the vehicle we purchased was no longer available.

After many phone calls, we found out that the vehicle we purchased was still available and that Don Bullock Chevrolet made it clear to another dealer that their own profit wasn't going to be enough for them to fulfill their own contract with us. Not to mention that during negotiation, we accepted their counter offer, in which the sales manager admitted to making a mistake and upping their counter offer another $1,000! They broke their word to us! Buyer beware!!!
