I BOUGHT A NICE LITTLE POLO DIESEL FROM THESE GUYS NOT SO LONG AGO NOW, HAVE TO SAY CAR DRIVES LIKE A DREAM, NO KNOCKING NOISES OR ERROR CODES WHATSOEVER. CAME ACROSS THESE GUYS FROM AUTOWEB, THEY HAVE A GOOD VARIETY OF CARS AT AFFORDABLE PRICES. AFTER DOING BACKGROUND CHECKS ON THE CAR I FOUND THAT IT WAS 100% HPI CLEAR VEHICLE WITH NO OUTSTANDING FINES OR MOTORING OFFENCES AGAINST THE CAR. THEREFORE I WAS HAPPY TO VIEW THE CAR AND AFTER TEST DRIVING AND LOOKING AT ALL THE SERVICE INVOICES AND RECIETS, I THEN MADE A PURCHASE AND THOROUGHLY HAD AMAZING EXPERIENCE WHILE DRIVING THE CAR. DEANS MOTORS ALSO THREW IN A FULL SERVICE WHICH WAS GREAT. ANYONE OUT THERE WHO WANTS TO PURCHASE A RELIABLE, AFFORDABLE AND HPI CLEAR CAR MAKE YOUR WAY DOWN TO DEANS MOTORS BECAUSE YOU WON'T BE DISSAPOINTED. DEFINETELY GOING TO RECCOMMEND THESE GUYS TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

BOUGHT MY GOLF FROM DEANS MOTORS ON THE WEEKEND, VERY CLEAN CAR ONLY DONE 45000 MILES AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HPI CLEAR. THEY EVEN ME A DISCOUNT EVEN THEOUGH THE CAR WAS THE CHEAPEST NATIONALLY. Very happy with Dean's Motors, I have previously been ripped off by another garage. Just by chance I drove past and found these guys, I'm a single mother and my knowledge of cars is very limited. I spent 3 hours at this dealership and with the help of their staff who were very patient with me I found the right car for me. I had bought a Honda Civic from these guys and they agreed to take my previous car for part exchange. Really helpful garage, great staff , would definetly recommend to my friends and family.

By far the worse company we have ever dealt with, after doing some checks seems it's run by two brothers; one provided by far most disgusting customer services we have ever been subjected to, in our opinion, Patronising, Abusive, and his customer complaints procedure consisted of HPI Clear Buddy, HPI Clear, so take me to Court…

The Back Ground

We purchased a BMW M5 reg KV55 HKO, after him traveling some 150 miles and being kept waiting most of the day, within a day he noticed marks under the paintwork, and had the car inspected 3 independent body shops, the car was a borderline write off, and had sustained major passenger side impact and has had a bodged repair, to the passenger wing, both side doors, roof, B pillar, sill the list goes on…. One company quoted over 9k to put right, and this was based on the chassis being straight the others refused to touch it saying it was a write off and beyond economic repair, and this is not even counting the engine rattle / vanos problem.

They even try to curtail your rights by marking 1 month warranty engine and gearbox which is against the law so trading standards informed, we reported to the FSA, and commenced court action. What is worse about this, they were happy to let my husband and young son to drive off in what we felt was a potential death trap, clearly we feel they have no conscience.

Avoid these sort of garages, and try and get an AA or Rac inspection, and ensure your deposit is refundable, never use cash and always stick to finance or credit card to give you added protection Deans motors Birmingham I strongly suggest you avoid at all costs.
