I had an experience from the other side. We are a vehicle collection and delivery company and collected a car for them. That was in June 2015. They have still not paid me and are now claiming to have "gone away" when the legal papers were served on them. In spite of this one of the partners, is still available on the phone number that they were advertising

I must have had an on line valuation at some point, wasn't enough so thought nothing of it.. Lots of others had offered me more already, she left it at that.

Next I received text saying they are in my area and can give me a value, Didnt even recall any offer from them, called and said ok nothing else said appointment made, I thought they wanted to give me a valuation from scratch nothing send to make me think differently.

Valued appointment made, 20 minutes after due I get a call stuck in traffic, said j had to go out told would be at least an hour so that fine, I then get a text 30 mins later saying he is at home waiting, he was fine about waiting, looked over vehicle but no price given, still no price next day I call to chase and told they are waiting for proof of service history, told them need contact mercedes as already gave number yeserday. Finally 2 days in get a call with poor offer.

Told unacceptable, then get abuse the they have travelled a long way for nothing, and a lots of rubbish about other companies lowering offers etc and phone out down on mid in conversation. I called him back and told, why did I get them out of offer not acceptable on line , told them I hadn't accepted anything before visit told I was wrong and must have, he would check system he did so then couldn't get of phone fast enough!!! Absolutely rubbish company don't touch total time wasting!

I received an on-line valuation of just over £1,800 for my car. When the assessor can to view it she made an offer of only £1,100. She agreed there was nothing wrong with the car and the car was in the condition I described. When I queried the reduction with the office I was told the car was defective and required remedial work. On several occasions I requested details of what was defective and what remedial work was required but they were unable to provide. I believe they make high valuations just to get people's interest. This company is a rip-off.

Terrible terrible terrible. I was offered a price for my car that was at the lower end of valuations, however i thought that i would take it as they would pick it up & it removes the hassle. The arrive (3 hours late!) I provide all the documents, then they offer less than half of what was quoted. What a waste of everybody's time. AVOID!

I was given a fair online valuation. Then was told a guy would come out at 2pm to view the car. I waited in until 4 when I rang the office to be told he was in a nearby town (15 mins away). Then at 5 he had still not arrived and I was then told he wouldn't get to me that day. Then she suggested he would put all the paperwork in car in case I could make the next available appointment. I agreed and suggested 3pm to which that was "booked in". I emailed to check that the guy was still coming as I wasn't prepared to wait all day. I was told it was too late now for an appointment today as they had to be prior booked!!!! I had prior booked when he didn't show on Saturday. Basically I feel messed around and have since heard horror stories about these people.

Tried to sell my car... A wee boy came to my house to inspect the car as promised but had no offers from him... The very next day got a phone call from them offering me a fair amount for my car... Well anyway I've spent 14 days trying to finalise the deal with no success... All I was getting was LIES that money was transferred even tho it wasn't... After two weeks of waiting and being fulled around I ask them to forget about the sale but was told again that they were on their way to bank to transfer the money.... Empty promises again .... I WOULD NOT recommend this ""company"" to sell your vehicle as they are FULL OF PROMISES

If you want to save on your phone bill PLEASE stay away from them!!!

And do not make the same mistake I've done---- DO NOT give them your bank acc details..

Needed to sell my car quickly...Deal4yourwheels gave me a fair price for my car, i did not have time to sell my car privately and just wanted just wanted a quick,

easy and hassle-freeway of selling my car, they came to my work to inspect the car and had the cash transferred into my account the next day.

Got a great price for my car and was paid next day direct into my bank account and collected car the next day....would recommend......Thanks D.Stewart....Sheffield

lady came out to look over my car after not turning up for the first appointment and said it was great minus a few stone chippings which for a 5 yr old car is not bad. Got quoted 7130 online. once she looked over my car and adding the extras not included in the online valuation she said she will have to speak to the office and call me back the next day... no phone call so I called them up and got a phone call later in the day. the guy I spoke to attempted to baffle me with politics of prices going down surprisingly since my online quotation (within 2 weeks). they offered me 6400 basically stay away from this company they just waste your time and prey on very desperate people hoping you'll cave in to the nonsense they spout on the phone.

Got an online quote for my car and the lady came out to view it. There was only very minor damage to the vehicle but I would still have accepted around £200 less than the online valuation. However the next day I got an offer that was £600 less due to 'trade prices' having moved. This is a load of rubbish and completely wasted my time. Be prepared that if you use this company you will only be offered a quote that is £600 + less than your online quote . I would avoid them at all costs.
