Two bad Customer service incidents in the last 3 months with Salmons.

Firstly, My son purchased a Used Car from their Weeley branch in 2014, being fully serviced. One year later I serviced the car myself to find the oil in the sump black, considering in that past year it had only travelled 5k miles

On looking at the service record the last entry was for 2013, so they skipped the purchase service

Secondly, I visited the Colchester dealership to purchase a Manifold Sensor, but I didnt know where it was located under the bonnet

Service and Parts desk totally obstructive in telling me where to find this component. All I kept hearing was, it needs to be fitted by qualified Fiat technicians. What it only screws into the engine block !!

When I asked the question, "are you going to tell me where this part is located" the Service assistant replied :- No

So I walked out and I certainly wont be going back there to change my Fiat when its time for a change
