Clover Leaf Honda, Reading

I saw a used Honda on this sellers website. The car was due in shortly at £8495 which was the price I was interested in buying a car at. I rung the dealer and had a chat to one of the salesman. He told me car was due in shortly and I asked him to let me know when it was in. I rung a couple of days later to see if it was in and was told it was due any day and a lot of people were interested in it. As I really needed another car now and had discovered this was a very good price I decided to pay a deposit of £250 on the car to hold it so I didnt lose it. I then got told a couple of days later the V5 papers arrived so car on way. The next day I got a voice message telling me the car was not as described so they had refunded me the deposit! Dealer said the Service History wasnt exactly as discussed - I explained I was still very interested in the car regardless and asked to talk to the manager. At this point the dealer said No he would pass that one and hung up.

A week later the car is back listed on their website At £13495 ! It would seem somewhere they made an error which is not my fault - the whole matter was dealt with very unproffesionally and the dealer I spoke to was very poor indeed. Totally disatisfied but I have now found a lovely Honda from a non Honda dealer who was superb and gave me xcellent service! Very poor indeed would never recommend this company.
