Worst car ever, head gasket failed after a few weeks. None stop faults. I assume the car was bodged to sell. You get what you pay for, cars seem cheap for a reason. If I could give it 0 stars I would

Rude Staff

Contacted this seller to enquirer about a vehicle by phone before making a long journey to see it. Could hear another female staff member in the background trying to snatch the book off him and arguing with the chap I was talking to. Very rude and unprofessional. If this is how you treat customers on the phone I will not be putting £2000 in your pocket. Not the chaps fault but she needs a lesson in customer service.

Avoid

Bought a car of them and realised on getting it home it had a major oil leak. Rung them up and spoke directly to the manager. She said car was sold with no warranty. This is how they sell all their cars its on all the paperwork as a way of getting out of the responsibility. They still have to ensure the car is fit for purpose! They eventually agreed on having a look at the car, when we took the car they hid and wouldnt open up, so rung them and amazingly they answered the phone. The manager said we'd have to come back as the mechanic was on a call out. Anyway decided to take the car to a garage to see the extent of the problem - £20 worth of repairs fixed the oil leak. We also noticed the leak has been attempted to be hidden, by using an adjustable spanner to hold the seal together! After telling them this and advising they shouldnt be selling cars like this - she claimed to not even inspect the cars just sell them on - This was direct from the manager!! Shocking... Imagine driving on the motorway with this came loose - could have killed someone. Got a mechanic to look over the car and need some other minor repairs. Spent about £200 putting it right.

I would say avoid like the Plague. You basically buying with no warranty and potentially a death trap. Luckily noticed the problem before someone's head did.

Rude Evasive Untrustworthy

My son looked at a car and took for a test drive late on a Sunday afternoon. All fine and friendly with him but he is inexperienced in buying cars. I called first thing next morning and spoke to whoever it was on the phone to find out a few more details. He was monosyllabic, and evasive, Couldn't answer about service history e.g. cam belt change, advisory notices on MOT etc. When I asked about any warranty hes said " I can't be bothered with this" and put the phone down. Unbelievable! How can a company stay in business. Stay well away from this unfocused, rude, unhelpful business

This Guy Is A Fraudster. Agreed To Give Him A Depo

This guy is a fraudster. Agreed to give him a deposit to hold car until I could come and see it. Wouldn't except my offer and didn't come back with a counter offer. Then refused to sell me the car and then threw a strop (like a 2 year old) and refused to give me my deposit back. I never had to deal with someone that acted like such a child. WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON. His name is James Booth

I Bought A Honda Accord Vtec Se From Here Back In

I bought a Honda Accord VTec SE from here back in August 2008 The guy that sold it was very professional allowed me time to check the vehicle on my own He gave me a full an honest assesment of the car and said if I had any problems just to ring. Had the car nearly 3 years and it's not cost me a bean passed every MOT and service apart from the usual tyres, plugs and oil I can honestly say that it was a pleasure doing business. I have no doubts recommending them and I will be going back to get my next vehicle it's good to find a dealer that is a true yorkshire man, true to his word and decent.

Bought A Escort Van With Lpg Conversion From This

Bought a Escort van with LPG conversion from this dealer. Came with an apparent 30 day warranty. Noticed it wasn't running smoothly from the word go, took it to an independent LPG garage who said it needed the regulator replacing. This apparently wasn't covered under the warranty surprise surprise, only covers major mechanical parts. Had the van 30 days and a conrod snapped and put a hole in the engine casing. Again dealer stated not covered under warranty as not a major mechanical part, if a conrod in an engine is not a major mechaincal part then I don't know what is. My advice would be don't deal with this guy, the warranty he sells under is to suit him, so get it on paper if you do and what worries me more now is he is selling bikes! Hmmm would not trust this guy to sell a safe bike at all.
