Took our car back under warranty and did not fix it, took it to 2 different independent garages who confirmed this. Their stance is "take us to court". Should have known when you can only test drive on the industrial estate as no tax or insurance for their cars. Should not be able to trade!

Quite possibly the worst garage I’ve ever had the misfortune of using, customer care must be a strange alien concept to them, please take my advice and STAY AWAY from these. Utterly useless and a discredit to the motor trade

Great service, the car was just as advertised and in excellent condition, well prepared also with a quarter tank of fuel for the test drive. I've looked at a few cars before i bought this BMW Z4 but some had hardly any fuel to get out of the dealer site! His professional and friendly manner was a big plus as I wouldn't normally travel two hours to buy a car.

I would definitely recommend Citiwheels for good service, value and friendliness! Very happy customer.

No demonstration, not even a place to even sit and discuss/negotiate.

Very rude statements like, If you want take it, if not i can't give it.

The location looks like a bit of scrapyard. All cars are just provided as it is.

No checks even for air pressure or petrol!!!

Price is very high even for more mileage cars.

If someone wants to really buy a car, do a very detailed inspection and test drive, take a experienced person with you who can check the car.

Thoroughly verify the car history documents. Warranty provided is on only on Gearbox and Engine.

Even £1 is not reducable on the advertised price. If you think of negotiation, don't go.

Only good thing is, 34 hours drive away insurance provided.

went there to take a look around as in the market to splash out a bit on a new (ish) motor. lots of cars to choose from but wasn't impressed with what was on offer for the price. most had very high mileage, sales guy didn't seem very helpful and gave impression of only after a quick sale.
