Lovely car but terrible service from the moment we paid the deposit. The mot and service were worthless. The car was filthy, on drving it off the forecourt we.noticed anchovies windscreen nothing was done about this, it also had two tyres barely legal! The tools required to change the wheels were not for the right car, costing us even more to replace! would not recommend.

Brought Mini Cooper from car zone, p/x with my corsa. Got a very good deal. The sale man Dan was helpful and very professional. Had a test drive of the car, loved it. Car needed 2 new front tyres, got a years warranty and new MOT. Didn,t feel at all pressured into purchashing the car, Didn't feel intimadated, me being a woman. Left a deposit, car was ready to collect a week later, with 3 new tyres. So far so good, fingers crossed.

Bought Fiat punto for my wife had great service, car deliverd on time with 1 years mot, 3 month warranty and tax all thrown in the price all staff very freindly and helpfull would and will go back for another car.

Visited car zone to purchase car had look around saw a car that i liked went and asked if could take car for test drive was able to take car out straight away had a good test drive. Went back asked to see cars history was able to look at straight away. Decided that would like to purchase car was asked if car had any faults said it needed new front grill and two new tyres was told they will be replaced and full service. Arranged to pick car up following weekend arrived to pick car up checked car over grill had been replaced and new tryes. Went in to finalise paper work staff were there available straight away all staff were very polite.

Could not fault staff in anyway all polite and friendly.

Would recommened.

Absolutely useless bunch of people.

I got interested in car, which had damaged bumper, the salesman told me that they will sort it out for me, as they are going to sort it out anyway. They pushed me and pushed me, then finally I put the deposit in with a promise that I can pull out at ant time. Next day I changed my mind and they said I won't get my money back.

Another thing is they promised me finance option for 8% apr and got me the final one for over 16%.

To summarize, if you want a good service and honest sale DON'T GO TO CARZONE in REDHILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CarZone Ltd - Disrespectful, Unhelpful and rude are the comments that basically sum up this particular car dealer. We went in to see if they had anything suitable. They had one potential car there but when asked about it, they were not interested in answering any of our questions. When asked about part-exchange, they were not interested either because it may cost 10min of their time. Very poor and rude attitudes, made you feel like you are not rich enough for them. But they only trade in second hand cars, why do they think they are so superior?! In short, if you are looking for a car dealer that treats you with respect, just leave this one out to save yourself an upsetting and time-wasting experience.
