Fantastic Customer Service
During the early part of December 2014 my Skoda Fabia (2007) developed a fault which manifested in a number of ways, these included ABS and brake warning lights coming on, dash display switching on and off again, steering wheel warning light coming on resulting in stiff steering. My car was in the final month of my Skoda used car warranty which was due to finish on the 29th December and I was keen to resolve this before it ran out . I took my car to Carrs Skoda in Exeter. The staff were very helpful and professional, the fault took more than one visit to resolve. The technicians undertook a barrage of tests and comprehensive analysis of the fault codes and finally isolated the fault to an earth strap. I was most impressed with the service provided by Carrs Skoda especially when I found out that the faulty part had not been covered by the Skoda used car warranty and they have covered the cost of the part and labour themselves. This is my third Skoda and I have always been impressed with the customer service and support offered by Skoda. I feel that Carrs offered an excellent service and went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction- Many thanks to all the staff and management.
