Faultless, Stress Free And Honest Service Highly Recommended

It was not without some trepidation that I embarked upon my first new car purchase from the internet but I need not have worried. From my very first enquiry to final delivery the staff at Carquake could not have been more helpful. I feel they have almost become friends and we have stayed in contact even after the car was delivered.

I was talked through the car options and given chance to change them even after my order was placed. The financial arrangements were very flexible right up to the last minute and the deal I was given by their sister company was better than any other quote I obtained from banks or other finance brokers. And to cap it all I made a massive saving on the price of the car from a dealer. Their offer for the trade in for my old car was as least as good as any other trader but in the end I chose to sell privately.

I was given regular updates on the progress of my order and when there was a hiccup and the delivery date was delayed by 2 months it was not their fault but the dealer's. I was even given compensation in terms of a additional options on the car which there was no obligation on them to do.

The car was delivered early on the allocated day and the V5 arrived a month later with the change of ownership noted 2 days after first delivery. I could not recommend Carquake and its sister companies more highly and I will certainly be buying my next car from them.

Fantastic Service From Carquake

We bought a Skoda Yeti elegance 170tdi in November 2012, we were a little dubious at first as £17000 is an awful lot of money to lose but we needn't have worried, Carquake were wonderful, they took care of everything & the brand new car was delivered on the back of a low loader with 6 miles on the clock, beautiful! V5 certificate arrived & we are logged as the second owner which doesn't matter to us as we are not selling, so if you are thinking of getting a new car from Carquake & are worried in any way DON'T BE,

Delighted First Timer

We were delighted with our first time experience of buying through the internet with Carquake. We were very nervous as this was our first time in making such a big putchase using the internet.

We were quickly contacted by a company in Chesterfield who confirmed the price for A Nissan Note Techna 1.5 diesal at about £2800 cheaper than MRP of £15200. They also confirmed we would be first entry in log book, which was not the case with two other internet dealers we made enquiries to. They also arranged part exchange at a very fair rate.

From placing the order to collecting the car took just over two weeks and the two staff members David and Lizzie kept me informed at all stages. We made a great saving and the whole process was trouble free. I will certainly deal with Carquake again.

I Have Had Nissan Cars For 40 Years I Was After An

i have had nissan cars for 40 years i was after another one and went to see a local dealer, i was told there was a six months waiting list for the car which took my eye ( nissan qashqai) and the price was going up in the new year. i went on the web and typed in nissan cars a list came up and on this list was a qashqai the seller was carquake, i sent a email and got a very quick reply. i got in touch and was told about a qashqai that had done about 4000 miles i was told the price and bought it at once. the only delay in picking up the car was the weather. the place i got the car from was evolution chesterfield derbyshire, they discribed the car in full details and were very very helpful, i very happy customer. regards brian high

I Was Very Disappointed With Carquake.

I was very disappointed with Carquake.

Having looked at the website I was led to believe that the cars were new, unregistered and that I would be the first owner. On this basis I went ahead to place the order.

It was only during this process that I learned that they were simply another pre-registered dealership where you are not the registered keeper and do not receive the V5 for 6 months. Their "new car" price was not competive.

I believe their tactics to be misleading

I Agree With All Of The Previous Reviews- Carquake

I agree with all of the previous reviews- Carquake were great at getting me an excellent deal on a Nissan Qashqai+2 2.0dCi. We saved over £2000.

I was surprised that you get the same experience as going direct to dealership- choosing interiors/colours and optional extras. We did all of this and ended up with exactly the car that we wanted. We used their finance which was competetively priced and even better had the car delivered straight to our door. We have still dealt with our local dealer for servicing and any queries so haven't lost out on any level.

For someone who hates sitting in car dealerships for the 'hard sell' where they go back and forth to their manager to get prices, it was a dream experience to sit at home and wait for my new car after being given a completely transparent price for the car from the offset.

P.s. even my local dealer asked for the website!!!

I Came Across Carquake By Accident. Thought I Woul

I came across Carquake by accident. Thought i would give at a try as i was searching for a new Toyota Rav4. I had been to one of the local dealers but they had not got back to me.

The price on Carquake quoted three Toyota dealeships, one in Derby and one in Brighton and St Ives Cambridgeshire. (Under 100 miles -free deivery as well!)

Each dealership was quoting approx £1900 cheaper then the official Toyota website. I got intouch with the dealer in St Ives and everything went as smooth as clockwork. No hassle- no problems. Never done this sort of purchase before on the internet!!

Would certainly recommend Carquake to everybody before purchasing a new car

I found this review very helpful because they seem too good to be true so to hear from buyers' experiences is great
