Recently got a car from Carlton trade cars very pleased had a fault with the rear break lights but as it was within the 29 day warrenty I took the car back explained my problem and the gent said it wasn't a problem and to leave it too him went for a walk up into the towncenter came back 45 minutes or so later and it was sat waiting to be taken away

Bought a car that turned out to be a Cat D write off. Refused refund and very unhelpful. Cost me £1200 to make car road worthy.

i recently bought a car 2 months ago from this so called person and he sold me a car with a fake mot. back tires had no tread at all, no sidelights on car and also air bag light was on, which appeared on when i got back home. i also paid this joke £100 extra for 3 months warranty and my gearbox needed replacing on the car. now he is refusing to pay up because he avoids contact with me and just hangs up when he knows its me. he also never sent out my v5c logbook so i had to send out a v62 to get a replacement which took 5 weeks to process.

please people avoid this joke to humanity as he will just rip you off and he don't even care.

i first saw all the bad reviews and i thought ill give him a shot but i should of listened to the people, this thing is truly not human as i person wouldn't do this to people that actually earn their money through hard work and don't rob it off people.

This man should not be allowed to trade ,he dosent answer calls ,wont accept mail that needs signing for he sold a car to our son-in-law that was not fit for the pupose it was bought for a relaible car was needed to transport a little girl on hospital appointements,this was not the case i hope you can sleep at night ,knowing that u are such a doggy dealer i believe in kama and what goes around will come around

Bought my car two weeks ago and now it is completely off the road! Any attempt to contact them, they have ignored! Never buy a car from this dealer! They sell you cars that are basically trash!

This dealership lures you in with absolute rubbish and lies and the second they have your money they will ignore your calls, emails and texts.

I don't have any more time or energy to even begin to go into all the discrepancies of the purchase of a car from them.

I was ripped off completely and now have a car which has been deemed unsafe by a technician, the dealership is not anywhere near where I live so returning this car car has been a 9 week long process and it's now came to the point where trading standards are involved and even they are having trouble contacting these c o n men, to this day I am still stuck with this wreck of a car!

I have never met the salesman in person only spoken over the phone and he had the audacity to lie to trading standards about me being "racially abusive" to him when he was questioned over the ridiculous amount of faults and complete lies told to me about having a warranty on this car etc

The car also had a false MOT carried out by the dealership, which magically did not detect any of the now countless faults on the car.

How these jokers are still able to trade is beyond me, I am being extremely vague in this review Bellevue it or not as them have wasted enough of my time as it is but there was also major trouble and again lies from the dealership regarding delivery costs and method for this vehicle to me.

Do yourself a huge favour and don't wast one second even looking at the cars they have in offer as their terrible cars are exceeded only by their atrocious service and severe lack of professionalism!

Worst experience I have ever been through and it's still not resolved, I still have not revived the v5 document either.

Bought a car from these guys and 2 week later developed a fault on gearbox. After reading reviews took it back and didn't expect any joy, I couldn't have been so wrong without hesitation offered to repair or give me the cash equivalent and believe me being an auto not a cheap repair. Great bloke will buy from again.

Purchased a car from this garage, initially salesman very pleasant. However after having the car for only 7 days car broke down. After being towed to nearest garage, I was advised that my purchased vehicle was not road worthy. Calls we're never returned. Salesman would not admit liability. "Advised us that would do you expect from a 14 years old car. Take my advice and take your hard earned money to a reputable garage. Research on the garage prior to buying the car. Companies like this give the trade a bad name.

do not buy any cars from these people all they want is your money we left a deposit on a car we liked and we road tested it and everything we went back with the left over amount of money for the car when driving back home with it the radio was in secure this was fine in the first place when we left the deposit we went back to tell them about this they said that this must of happened when they took battery off and gave us 20 pounds back and told us to get it unlocked we found someone to do this but this should not of happened it was annoying it was muckey inside this should of been cleaned and the mot cert was fake and we found brake problems too

So, I bought a car from Carlton Trade Cars in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

I had a problem with said car, and all attempts at resolving the problem have proved futile. Phone calls are never returned, and nether are emails.

Do not buy form Carlton Trade Cars, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, possibly formerly known as Wakefield Car Sales, and High Rise Car Sales.

The salesperson initially appears to be pleasant and helpful, but once they have your money, all politeness simply disappears.

The day I collected my car, I was left waiting for 10 minutes whilst he took pictures of new cars just arrived.

Typical poor customer care.
