Avoid

Worse dealership on earth. Was sold a car which was totally damaged. Powersteering cut out within a week of having the car. The car had an oil leak and the coolant was dried up. The sales people are totally rude and unhelpful and it took over a month to get my money back. Avoid at all cost. I believe i only got my money back because of the new law which entitles me to a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase. They even had the cheek to say that they will buy the car back but not near the price i paid for it. They also do their own MOT and stamp the log books themselves. They are putting people in danger by selling faulty cars. I repeat, avoid at all cost. They put up cars at cheap prices to get you to come to their lot and sell you rubbish.

*Please ignore the 1 star I have given as I would not give any stars if I had the option not to.

The first thing you need to know when dealing with Carland Online limited is that no such company actually exists. This should give you an idea of the type of people you are dealing with. Incompetant conmen and cheats only interested in how much money they can make out of you and not whether what they are selling you is legally roadworthy. Sold me a car without an MOT despite telling me the car was fully taxed and insured when I left their property. On finding there was no MOT I took it to my local garage and it subsequently failed costing me over £400, Carland would not pay this as they said I should have bought it back to them so their own dodgy garage could do the repairs for half the price. I have successfully sued them for this money but as previously mentioned the company doesn't actually exist so I doubt I will get anything back. Also worth mentioning the level of customer service you will get at "Carland Online Ltd" is pathetic, they kept me waiting around for over 2 hours when I collected the car, and you will have to pay a £79 admin fee although clearly they don't do any admin otherwise they would have realised the car they sold me had no MOT. Up to you if you want to risk buying a car from here but I certainly wouldn't recommend taking the risk.

The Lot Of Them At This Place Are Mugs... A Whole

The lot of them at this place are mugs... A whole bunch of clowns. Car and company reported to trading standards. Avoid at all costs. Would be cheaper to buy a new Bentley than to repair the sheds these batty hole lickers sell. If you never do anything in this life, do yourself a favour and leave this set of inbred test tube degenerates to rot in their own diesel. Sooner they get closed down AGAIN... The better for everyone.... Used to trade as (carwarehouseonline) until they were closed Down. If you do buy from these starfish lickers then note the warranty promised on the advert means absolutely sweet jack all. Lord help these people when i'm finished with that yard. Amg? Am-gone!!!

Review Of Carland Online (yeadinglane In Hayes)

Having recently purchased a Vauxhall Zafira 3 weeks ago for my girlfriend, this is my honest review of CarLand Online (Yeadinglane in Hayes). Don't get confused with CarLand Online and Carland. They are different companies.

I've been very happy with the car from CarLand Online. The car drives well and is in good condition.

Good:

Honest prices. You won’t pay over the odds

Good stock selection of cars - regular rotation

Staff friendly and helpful (decent test drives were not an issue)

It is a very busy garage which is a good sign (IMHO)

The part-exchange price wasn’t far off "we buy any car", CarLand was around £350 less on a "we buy any car" £2750 valuation. However our car had some bumper damage so more than happy

Car came with MOT

Car came with a service from them (see below)

Car came with seat valeting (smelled very nice and fresh when we picked it up)

No so good:

I paid deposit to hold the car and arranged to return the next day with family (after midday). We returned on a very rainy Sunday (with a 3 year old in tow, luckily the other two older children decided to stay at home). We had intention to buy with VW Gold ready for part-ex. Unfortunately the Zafira wasn’t there when we arrived but we waited... And waited while excuses we're made to us... It transpired (after a quick chat with him in the muddy Carpark) that the car was still locked up at the MOT station and the guy (with the gate key) was on his way. 2.5 hours later we gave up waiting and went home. It was a wasted journey. Mistakes happen but I wish we'd been told the truth from the outset. The next day we brought the car, no issue.

Any more than 3 months warranty is extra. The advert we saw indicated the car came with 2 years warranty. What it meant was a 2 year warranty available (at your cost)

Don't buy the extra warranty anyway, even though its insurance backed - reviews indicate it’s not worth it.

Although HPI check was included in £79 admin fee, we had to ask to see the HPI check. It was clear.

Driveway insurance is extra (again, advert indicated it included, or so I thought).

Not sure about the service they did TBH. Had a bill of parts but no oil change clearly stated.

30 point check included as part of £79 admin fee - however had no indication of this (i.e. provided with a checklist).

My advice is know what you’re looking for, however CarLand need to sort out there adverts by being clearer on what’s included. Advertising a 2 year warranty (at extra cost), or 2 year warranty (available) is more acceptable than advertising a "2 year warranty package" on the advert when it’s actually extra cost.

This is a no frills, get cars in, polish out scratches (and repair dents), valet and sell on a.s.a.p. It’s a number game, and good luck to them. If you’re buying a more expensive car get AA or RAC to check it out before purchase.

Would I buy here again? - YES I would based on their prices. If you know what you’re looking for, you can really grab a bargain from CarLand Online.

Horrible Car Trader And Horrible People..

I had the bad luck of turning up at this place to buy a car this weekend on sunday the 15th of Feb'15 and the salesman showed us a car whoch we liked but when it came to paperwork it was missing the last mot certificate, but they assured us that there were no mechanical problems with the car. When i asked if they would do another mot on it they wanted to charge me £50 for that so obviously i said NO, but since he promised to show me the certificate the next day and have the car ready after service, i put down a deposit in good faith. next day on monday i checked the mot history with dvla myself and found about lots of serious advisories on the car which shocked me and i was worried if there were many probs with the car and asked to cancel my order and return the deposit at which time ali completely refused and their tone suddenly turned nasty. i would seriously recommend never to deal with them, you are better off riding the buses and trains than dealing with these  people!!!....

One Of The Best

I recently bought a 2007 fiesta from carland online in Hayes (not to be confused with company just called carland which has terrible reviews) and I can only say what a brilliant car dealer they are.

When you first arrive the car lot is in a piece of land that looks bit like farm but as soon as you look around the choice is always good and the the two sales men we met were not at all pushy and gave us loads of time to inspect the car and take it out for a test drive.

We went a away and spent the day looking at other cars but came back and bought the fiesta at the end of the day. They couldn't be more helpful and offered to fix some niggle faults we spotted.

The test of a good dealer is when something goes wrong. Although not a mechanical fault someone drove into the car 5 months later and within 3 days they helped arranged the body repair and gave me the best price after I compared to others.

Really pleased with the car and the service I experienced.definately recommend to others.
