Having bought a Mercedes Benz from Cardiff Trade Centre I can thoroughly recommend these people. I actually traveled from Derbyshire to Cardiff, pretty much an 8 hour round trip and am very glad I did. Everything was as it should be, they had clearly taken the trouble to check the car carefully and put a coffee in my hand as soon as I got there. They seem to carry quality stock at good prices, yet they still gave me top px price on my car against the Mercedes. No if's or but's once I got there, just sorted the paperwork and got me comfortable in my new car. Even the clock had been set correctly. This is how buying a car should be, made especially easy by pleasant, friendly people. Next time I'm considering a car purchase, I'll be checking their stock.

myself and my daughter recently purchased two cars from Cardiff Trade sales, and they were brilliant. the car were exactly what we were looking for. the sales process was superb, and trouble free. we had a few minor problems with both cars and they sorted them out without hesitation. can not recommend them enough.

I decided it was time to change my car after 10 years,I specifically wanted a first class condition X5,after searching on the net,I was led to this company,which strangely my daughter had purchased from two years prior.

What I found completely shocking was the sales process,they were not pushy at all,did not even try to sell me the car I had come to view,they ensured that myself and my wife were comfortable.

Due to the fact of the price and the product it was a no brainier.

 the principle sales man for us could not have been any more professional, the owner of he business allowed him to operate and do his job,he interjected to make sure that we were fine and understood the process.

We waited three days for the car to be MOTD and processing of relevant paperwork and a valet.

On the day of collection the car was absolutely gleaming and ready to go.....as a beautiful surprise my wife was also presented with a bottle of expensive champagne all because when she was offered a drink of water in the office she remarked she only drank champers...she was joking.

We whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone tired of hard sell patter and want to experience a new way of such an expensive purchase.

Just purchased an Audi A3 from Cardiff Trade sales at a fantastic price, dealt with by one of the team, who was very professional from the start, asked what kind of car we were looking for and would the Audi fit our needs. Loved the Audi from the first test drive, the car was clean, well kept and in great condition. It was pointed out that the front arm rest had been broken and a new one had been ordered from the main dealer, there was a mark on the front leather seat and there were also a number of scuff marks on the alloys again this would also be rectified if I purchased the car.

True to his word when I picked the car up a week later all the work had been carried out to a high standard and the car looked like it was brand new. I was kept updated throughout the week where they were with the car and this what customer service is all about.
