From the warm greeting from when I walked on to the forecourt to meeting the immensely knowledgeable, straightforward and friendly owner my experience at The Car Place, Grays was easy, stress-free and pleasureable. This dealership is a breath of fresh air. I was allowed to spend as much time with the car that I had come to see (and subsequently purchase!) alone, with absolutely no unwelcome pressurising sales spiel. I am thoroughly delighted with my purchase and couldn't recommend The Car Place in Grays highly enough. I was also very pleasantly surprised to be given a three month guarantee. As someone who knows little about cars, I usually dread having to buy one. My experience this time was easy and fast. Entirely because of the staff at The Car Place.
