Having recently bought a car from these people, after just 3 days I called them with a rather extensive list of faults, including what could quite possibly be a repair costing thousands of pounds with a major electrical management console! After being told that they would sort it, by the sales lady, I was given the run around for a week, being told that I had to speak to "The Boss" and that no one else could help, and of course the boss was never available, despite being given numerous promises of a call back! After days of trying to get hold of him I was told in no uncertain terms that it wasn't their problem. According to the boss, if I wanted a car with no faults, I should have paid double.....

The "Warrenty" they promised me wasn't worth the paper its printed on and is ambiguous and vague as to what it covers - Which is basically Engine and Gearbox Parts - Nothing else!

Despite these faults existing prior to me receiving the car, the car was advertised as being in excellent condition throughout with no mention of any of the faults with the power steering, keyless entry, MMI Interface that existed or indeed no mention of the fact someone had used wood screws to hold the drivers mirror on!! They refuse to offer to rectify the issues or allow me to return the car for a refund, which is my right under the Sales of Goods act (Which the boss told me doesn't cover him for some reason)

In fact, one of the issues which only manifests after you leave the car off for 15mins, was purposely hidden by the sales woman getting one of the mechanics to pop out and reset it just mins before I received the keys to the car (one of which wasn't even for my car!!)

Stay away from these people - As soon as they get your cash, they have no interest in you at all!

The only reason I gave any stars is because the sales woman was smoking hot, although its tough to believe she wasn't complicit in all the deceit and lies, which is a shame!
