Bought a car from this guy, also trading as "Bristol Used Cars" in Fishponds Road, Bristol. Paid cash for car. Car had 2x faulty electric windows that he was to repair 2 days later. This did not materialise and excuse was that the cambelt had snapped and car was thus sold as scrap. This is my car that I paid cash for, now scrapped. Many phone calls and meetings later, the excuses kept piling up as to why he cannot refund our money. A second car was brought to our home in place of the car that was scrapped. The condition of this vehicle was utterly disgusting!! To top it off, he demanded and aditional £300 cash payment for the car as it was more expensive. What a farse!! We demanded our money back in cash or bank transfer.

Promises that the money was paid into our account was endless. Even blamed the bank for this. His "7-day money back" policy does not exist as he used our money to buy another vehicle and pleaded he had a cash-flow problem. Some money was deposited 2 months later, but the balance is now oustanding for many weeks. Still the excuses are piling up as to why the payments can't be made. He would promise that he's on his way to bring the money but never turns up at all saying he had other commitments????

Never buy a car from these poeple. they will only be seeling you a car that has 1000 problems and a 3 year warrenty that runs out after 3 months and doesnt actullay cover anything. I beg anyone not to buy anything from them. I have sepnt over £1000 reparing the car I bought off them and I havent even had it a year. I am in the process of taking them to court so I will let you know the outcome. Wish me luck.

full of lies , no services to costomers, please please do not but any car from them , i bought one car from them which was involved in a serious accident. i ask them money back but no reply just lies for long time , they r such a worng people. they do not deserve even one star but have to give them to write reviews

where do I start car chase, or should I say cars4cash.com as now know as, They tried to change there company name to hide there bad reviews and previous experience. Warning these people are con men, full of lies, promises will keep on being made but nothing will ever be done. Paid a big deposit into account 8 weeks ago got phone call just before I went to pick it up saying cars not working correctly will have to go main dealer was told I will receive a refund by transfer into my account within 3-5 working days. I've been told this about 5 times. LIES! Never happened! Went to my bank who confirmed no matter what account personal or business a bank transfer does not take more than one working day to reach my account usually within a hour. ALI as he likes to be called real name RIQBAL OWNER OF CARS4CASH (CAR CHASE) has told me transfer takes a while because he has a big business account LIES! Latest is that the bank is keeping there money from them until 11th march 2011 LIES! Still no money no call back like I'm promised every time. I ring back ever mores LIES from ALI or, no answer, call rejected, transfer to main office where someone else answers and says ALI not here he will be back within two hours where he will get ALI to ring me back LIES has never happened once! I am furious with these people live 130miles so did not want to go up there but now I have no choice. Now I am reporting them to trading standards, watch dog, and auto trader.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY DON'T GIVE THEM MONEY OR DEPOSIT, NOTHING! THEY ARE CROOKS!

The most unhelpful dishonest people you could have the misfotune of doing business with once they have some of your money.I wouldnt give them one star rating for anything,shame there isnt a minus rating but i had to choose one star to be able to write this

please.... please dont buy a car from car chaseuk.com,we bought a car from them nearly 2 month and just 1 day after we found car is faulty, back door cant open,wrong mileage,car involved in accidant,lighter doesn't work and many more problem,we gave money to put car tax and we had to buy car tax ourself. also they didnt give us 3 month warranty as promise we live about 80 miles we been there numbers of time everytime they give lots of excuse if you phone them for you money no answer if worker(imrhan)answer phone he will tell ok it will done same thing again and again phone Ali for money he said he dont deal with money but he does take money if you phone to Iabal(garry)he will tell you your money has been transfarred to you in 5 working days but it hasnt't been.we still waiting for our money

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS SO CALLED USED CAR GARAGE. UNROADWORTHY TRADE AUCTION CARS. BAD PEOPLE NO MORALS NO CONSCIENCE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY TOO AND YOU WON'T GET IT BACK. THEY ARE BEING INVESTIGATED BY TRADING STANDARDS, CARCHASE WERE SHUT DOWN IN OCTOBER 2010 HENCE THEY ARE NOW CALLED CAR4CASH. SAME PEOPLE SAME UNROADWORTHY CARS. SHAME AUTOTRADER HAVEN'T LISTENED SO MORE INNOCENT PEOPLE COULD BE KEPT AWAY FROM THEM. BUYING A CAR FROM CARCHASE HAS BEEN THE WORST THING WE COULDVE DONE, WISH THESE REVIEWS HAD BEEN HERE THEN AND WE WOULDVE KEPT AWAY.

Long story but in summary....worst car garage I have ever come across. They have basically 'stolen' my money too. Not as much money as some people on here but nevertheless daily phonecalls to try and get it back is taking over my life ! Each time they say that my money has been transferred which, of course, it hasn't been.

What riles me more than anything is that we reported them to Autotrader (who we found the car through) and they told us to contact Trading Standards but continued letting them advertise and rip off Customers!!

They are currently advertising on Autotrader as Cars4Cash - we know because it is the same car that we thought we were buying.

Luckily we now have a great car from an excellent garage we found in Bournemouth called Car Connexion.

STAY CLEAR OF CAR CHASE, CARS4CASH or whoever they are !!!
