To My Regret!!!
Initially I thought this company was great …,especially with putting the needs of disabled customers at rest whilst putting aside underlying fears stemmed from anxiety to rest. A dream come true had been fulfilled! Little did I know it was light years ago from the truth! In good faith a deposit for my desired vehicle was made and life was good as I cruised the roads in comfort , the envy of all who experienced the benefits of observing such road worthy beauty! Within no time this once beauty was soon reversed into a horrific experience with no real acceptance of fault! Not only was my vehicles time belt on slow destruct but my faith in this company was suddenly damaged with immediate effect! Subsequently, all faults were reported….only to be dismissed and rejected. Disability played no conscience in this barbaric case , neither general or society’s perception of normal human citizenship ! The level of customer service displayed was inadequate with no agreement of reimbursement! Never would I recommend this place to honest people ! After all forms of correspondence were exhausted on my part , I was left with a large hole in my heart as well as my pocket!!!

I bought a car from this company in the spring of this year. After one week of having the car I raised concerns about the 'stiff gears' but was told that it may be a feature of the model of the car. Six months down the line I've had to have the gearbox and clutch changed at a considerable expense. According to the mechanic the condition of both of these parts were not consistent with the mileage it's sustained since I bought it. In hindsight it's obvious the parts were on their way out when I bought it. I've contacted the sales person who sold me the car and sent emails from the mechanic substantiating my concerns but they've completely wiped their hands of the matter not accepting any responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this company .Get a second opinion from an independent mechanic before buying as their after sales customer care is non existent.Go elsewhere!

Just part exchanged my fiesta for a vauxhall astra at Canvey carriage company. It was straight forward, friendly customer service, without any hitches or problems. From start to finish it was excellent service. I would definitely recommend this company for buying a new car.
