I bought a 2007 Volvo V50 2.0D from Canford Vehicle Services at the start of June 2013.

I experienced a couple of faults with the car during the first week of ownership. In my opinion- this is the point when Used car dealers make or break their reputation. The vehicle was returned to the garage and the Alternator was replaced and a fault with the brakes was fixed.

Canford Vehicle services fulfilled their obligations in a professional and prompt manner and I am very please with the car and the work that they completed.

I would definitely buy another car from them and/or recommend them to another buyer.

I bought a Volvo D5 V70 0n 26.01.2013 from this garage. So now had it just over 6 months. When I viewed the vehicle it had only come in and had not been valeted. Neither at the time did the garage have the service booklet.

I asked for the cam belt to be changed as there was no record of it being done. To my delight I picked the car up a few days later. The car was immaculate, the cam belt had been changed as well as the oil. A new MOT with the advisory's supplied (Honesty). And to my delight 2 weeks later the garage found the service booklet and as stated had a FSH and mostly Volvo.

I have now had the car for 6 months and not had one problem with it. From my experiences I would go back to this garage and recommend their services. 5 star. Thank You

I purchased a used 10 plate golf match from this dealer and everything quoted in the advertisment was correct ! Car is in great condition and they even delivered it for free, no small feet as i live some 56 miles from there sales site, would recomend anyone to purchase from these people.

The vehicle was fully serviced and they changed two tyres at my request and taxed the car on my behalf, it was also fully cleanrd prior to delivery.

First of all, dealer did not inform that car is from motabillity and had tax class disabled. The vehicle was sold without tax, and dealer lied that the tax is still valid up to end of the month, despite the fact that this is against the law to drive vehicle without tax disc displayed...However, we bought the car thinking that with the slip from the log book and insurance we can easily tax the car at the nearest post office. Nope. At post office they informed as that we have to firstly go to dvla office to change the tax class from disabled to enabled and only then we can have tax disc. I travelled 35miles to have this sorted. Second - dealer is lying about the mileage. always says approx 5k miles less than vehicle has. Our clio was sold without any mats, looks like he took out whatever he could..He promised to send me boot mat via courier as he ordered it already he said I waited week, the called in, he did not answer the phone first, then when answered he said that he will do it asap. It was 3 weeks ago.. I have checked the car at Renault service and it is fine, but there is many other things which I would rather avoid this seller in future.
