Quality control of work is shocking. We had to take our car back after it was returned the first time due to the body work finish being incomplete, which was rectified. After being hit again within a 3 month period the car went back in for repair. The car was apparently signed off as completed to their high standard and was collected. The work was that bad they have had to have the car back in for two weeks to rectify it again. I was also given three different dates that it would be ready, however after complaining to my insurance company it is now apparently going to be ready on the second date given.

The standard of attention to detail and quality control leaves a lot to be desired.

Make your own judgment and this is supposed to be an insurance approved centre.
