Excellent Advice And Help

I collected my fabulous new Citroen Air cross today from Bristol St Motors. I am a motorbility client and an older lady with disabilities. My son and I called in in July of this year looking for a suitable new car for myself. We met with a lovely friendly gentleman who talked us through the process in great detail. Nothing was too much trouble. He kept me updated throughout the process after helping to choose the best car for me. Upon collecting my car, I’m not sure who was the happiest ! He took lots of time to go through all the mechanics of operating the car, twice, as I don’t take all the information in in one go. He was so very kind, considerate and helpful. I would not hesitate to use him again. Many thanks.

Brilliant Car Buying Exprience

After spending a few weeks looking for a Citroen DS3, I finally found one which I absolutely fell in love with. I went down to my nearest Bristol Street dealer to look for the car and when I came down there found it had been sold a few days before. I was then approached by a young man called Blake who wanted to help me find another car which fitted the bill. He was very helpful and just wanted to make sure that I was happy every step of the way.

After telling Blake my budget and what I wanted from the DS3 we found one which was perfect for me. They had another one on site which had the same engine in, to make sure I would be happy the way it drove. We went on a really good test route which I found brilliant as from previous experience you usually get about 5 minutes driving which is if you ask me not enough especially when you are spending over £12,000 on a new car.

When we got back he left me and my wife alone to have a go with the equipment, while he returned the trade plates which gave us a good chance to talk. When we sat back down at his desk after he had got us a drink and went through 3 products with us and asked if we saw any value in them. We decided to go for the warranty and gap insurance and not the diamondbrite. Blake didn't try and push us in to them at any time and made sure that we were fully aware of what each one did and why it would be good for us. Tony, his business manager then got involved and put us a deal together which we was more than happy with.

Overall the best experience I have ever had in a car dealership and have recommended him to all my friends and family. No hassle, friendly and professional experience and look forward to going back for my next car.
