Found the ideal car here, very helpful staff. Some issues with one of the keys afterwards, they could not have been more helpful or supportive, I was kept up to date as the problem resolved. I would be happily recommend them.

Bought car in August that developed few faults in the first 8 weeks. Guys have been fantastic and fixed all so far.

Bought a VW Passat Estate (Auto) from here. Test drive was perfect - paid up, drove of forecourt and engine management light pinged on within 4 miles. Having had all sorts of post-sale grief with cars before, I feared the worst - but the guys could not have been more helpful. I was interested in a car Blackbrook Motor Sales were adverting. I rang the garage to check the car was available.

I again rang as I was leaving home and travelling an hour to their premises.

When I arrived I was told by an gentleman complete with crombie coat with velvet collar, that he had sold the car.

OK I can understand they have a living to make and would sell to the first purchaser. However as he had my number a call would have been courteous.

With hindsight I am relieved I did not purchase from them - if that is how they treat potential customers prior to a sale what might have been the scenario like afterwards.

The car salesman is very genuine and helpful. I was not pushed to buy any car. I simply went through all the cars and asked all the questions I had. Never did they even try to push me into a car.Cars quality are very good. Price is cheaper than most dealers -- I checked all similar type of cars (same model/same year/similar mileage). Mine also came with a full service history.Highly recommended.

If I need any of my future cars, I will go back for sure. Not some dodgy car dealers.. I believe this company has been there for more than 15 years.
