Picked up my new car last week after viewing it on there website. What can I say other than what a friendly service spoke too a young guy and he was very helpful with all my questions and even made me a nice cup of tea! Would definitely use them again.

What can i say? Beverley autos provided a great service, really helpful and friendly staff and a pleasure to do business with. I got great help finding the right car and more importantly at the right price too. Can't reccomend these guys enough. When i originally went to look at the car i was greated at the train station and taken back to the showroom to view the car i was to buy.

Me again the car has now broken down again as they fitted substandard parts. Beverley Autos now claim no responsibility for the defective parts and have again made it a very difficult process.

Beverley Autos Leigh on Sea have a very bad aftersales service, all smiles when you are parting with thousands of pounds but rude, obnoxious, refusal to admit they had done anything wrong, abusive phone calls and threats when your new car breaks down within 7 days. I have had two weeks of hell, lack of information and abuse all because i dared to ask for my money back when my new car went wrong and they had no idea of how to fix it. I spent hours trying to contact them to find out information, they promised to call back and never did and abused me when i complained. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone and am still in a state of shock. My car has after 2 weeks apparently been fixed and they gave me an hour tonight to pick it up, but i don't trust them so am going to sell it as soon as i can. They also drive your car around for a few days just to test it.
