PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! STAY AWAY! I recently bought a 09 vehicle from here. I have only had it for a month and already have issues with it. Everybody was very nice and helpful at first... but once something goes wrong nobody can help you. Supervisor and Managers take days-weeks to call back. Even the GM is very rude! (Not to mention can barely speak english) I would never recommend this place to anybody. If you do think about going please do your research on the vehicle you are going to purchase. Make sure to look at EVERYTHING even if it is a newer vehicle.

The problem with my vehicle was two fuses were wired together with a piece of wire to try and get power from another fuse. It burnt and caused a short in the fuse box not to mention could of caught on fire! All the GM could tell me was "O I guess that was overlooked when we did the "21 point" inspection. And I guess you overlooked it too". Make sure to read your contract and get an extended warranty. Ask for it even if they don't offer it to you. I was never offered a warranty so basically screwed and have to pay out of pocket. Lesson learned will NEVER recommend BESTWAY AUTO to anybody. "BAD CREDIT", "NO CREDIT", Getting a car here is exactly that "YOUR PROBLEM"!

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Customer service? There is none. They are very well trained liars very well that's. What you'll get and guys if u take yor wife or girlfriend DO NOT LEAVE HER AlONE she will get hit on by the person or persons that work there. That's a promise
