Missing Car

My friends car was here then it was moved without being told. Right run around. Then when returned was told it wasn’t there or at another place. Then it turned up right there didn’t look in the first place. What a joke. Very slow, unhelpful. Lazy . Thank god I own a different make of car would never buy from here. Poor customer service. Best advertisement for any company is by word of mouth. Need to up the their game.

No communication to the customer just left & when the customer contacts gets wrong information. Sorry isn’t good enough.

Poor Customer Service

Bought a car from them, was told they would contact me when it was ready. I kept having to contact them. Car was damaged. Not very happy at the fact that no one seemed to know when my car would be ready. I'm still waiting now for someone to let me know when I can collect it despite me ringing daily.

Fantastic Customer Service

Decided to change my 9 year old fiesta for a celerio. After purchasing a 3 year old alto 1 month earlier, and being so impressed with the deal and after care I decided to change my car. There was no pressure on the sale, basically the deal was too good to miss. After a test drive and offering a great part ex on my car I instantly took the deal. I would recommend the garage because of the people and because Suzuki's are great to own, very reliable and cheap to run. I'd recommend the dealership and Suzuki's to my family and friends.

Suzuki Vitara Purchase With Px

Arranged to view the Vitara and get a valuation on my car for px on a Saturday. Arrived and was greeted by the manager who was extremely likeable. He was very fair, honest and upfront with the negotiations and a deal was struck which I was happy with. Nothing was too much trouble and overall it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend anyone to buy their next car here.

Very Good First Impressions

After trying three other Suzuki dealerships that left a lot to be desired, especially sales staff attitude,I can say that the sales management from Blackburn Suzukii. Are a cedit to your business. Very helpful and pleasant, knowlegable about the vehicle, and most of all honest and up front .I hope the ownership of our new Vitara Boosterjet is as enjoyable as our experience of dealing with your staff,

I must also say that two mechanics/vehicle technicians from this branch were also extremely helpful.

The closed Preston dealer told lie after lie attempting to fix my car and became very aggressive when pulled up with the quality of work and damage to my car due to poor mechanics who have little training.

Bcc Blackburn False Advertising

Recently purchased a vehicle from Suzuki Blackburn around a month ago. The advert clearly stated it came with sat nav. Upon arrival the salesman mentioned that it came with sat nav, but required an SD card. I decided to pay additional for the card & still after three weeks, despite several Phone calls the card has not arrived. Overall the condition of the vehicle was immaculate, however was cheated by the false advertising.

bought from new at Preston branch, serviced with them from new,car serviced only 3000 miles later after 2nd year service then told o/s wishbone had faied, had to ask for good will to replace, only partial replacement then they replaced the n/s saying it was a typing error ! sent a letter to Suzuki UK mentioning the failure of a suspension component within 3000 miles from the last service, mentioned there should be a recall, heard nothing back 3 months later, apart from the dealer at Preston replacing and saying its the *ucking speed bumps that cause it then later say its road salt !, then the steering wheel is out of alignment, brought straight back with a snoty manager saying its the power steering that does it although it was fitted from new, then returning saying its fixed when not on 2 occasions then found cv boot split due to poor replacement, asked if the replacement is original boot from suzuki with new clips told,of course it bloody is ! got car back with leaking cv boot with old clips ! nothing but lies as the old ones were obviously fitted, new ordered and fitted, the company is the pits stay well clear.

Purchased A Vehicle That Was Brought Down To Me, W

Purchased a vehicle that was brought down to me, which was good service, but there was damage on what was supposed to be an immaculate vehicle. They said they would put it right, but two months later and loads of phone calls from me, they still haven't. They are giving me the run around.... I am very disappointed.

Some Dire Service And Atitude! Should Have L

Some dire service and atitude!

Should have learnt our lesson when we first contacted them to buy a used Jimny- promised car would be at Blackburn branch for test drive- wasted two visits only to be told car was still in Preston!

When we did view the car it was ok- but after ordering car was MOT'd but they forgot to service it before delivery!

Great at selling cars but not interested after they have sold it- nobody cotacted us and bare minimum given with regards to Warranty ( 3 months) no RAC or AA cover with their cars

Car needed crankshaft pulley yesterday recoved by Green flag- in their defence they did supply a courtesy car- but when we wanted to move car to another garage wanted to charge £75 for inspecting car- what a joke !! as soon as you open bonnet can see pulley loose on crankshaft- ended up with bill for £419 after owning car for 5 months- (second problem with Suzuki cars in the family gearbox problem with 45k Grand Vitara) now have Toyota suzuki will be going as will be the case with this Jimny- what a dfference in attitude with Toyota far more professional and heplful with customers

Some Dire Service And Customer Care From Supplying

Some dire service and customer care from supplying dealer BCC Suzuki Blackburn. Whole buying experience poor

1 Car not at site on two occasions we wanted to view it- in Preston

2 Car MOT'd but dealer forgot to service it before it was delivered to us

3 Minimum 3 months warranty on the car

4 No RAC or AA cover provided

Dealer pushy at selling but could not care less after car was sold- no contact to see if things were ok with it

Yesterday crankshaft pulley failed- recovered to BCC- they did supply courtesy car but would not assist with repair cost to car despite it being bought in May 2009- quoted £469 for pulley replacement- when we wanted to remove the car to another dealer as unhappy with cost- told we would have to pay £75 as they had looked at the car that morning- obvious fault as identified by Green Flag- pulley off end of crankshaft. !!

Second problem with owning Suzuki's sold Grand Vitara for Toyota- same fate for Jimny as well! what a different attitude at Toyota far more professional!!
