I bought a year old Citroen C5 from the BCC Bolton Citroen dealership. I got no discount at all but, since I had been looking for some time for the right car, I bought it anyway. However, I was handed the spare key to look at the car and found that it was the wrong key. The dealer made excuses about a "mix up" but assured me that I would get the key. Many unanswered calls later, he eventually told me that I had to fork out £200 to get one and offered no help at all. My impression is that the dealer wants the money and offers absolutely no customer service or assistance. Love the car, hate the dealer. Approach BCC Citroen dealer with caution.
