I can say this company is a waste company they say lot of stories and takes lot of money but all the cars are scrap......not at all recommend these people. They said 12 months warranty to my car but they initially done only 3 months and I keep following them every 3 months for that also they were saying lot stories. That warranty also waste warranty. Waste people.

As stated below, these people are less than honest. Sourcing vehicles in bad need to repair, temporarily disguising the problem and then selling them as Perfect vehicles.

Bought a car from this company, my car broke down after a week. I tried to contact them but everyday someone new was talking to me and the story was the same " call back in 30 minutes " . I regret not knowing about this website and about the companys reputation.

Please everyone visit this youtube channel and lets work together to take action.

Put a deposit on a car as there were some issues they needed to resolve. They told me the car would be ready in 2 days. Heard nothing. Every time I called they kept telling me that the person I dealt with was out and would be back in 20 minutes. Never heard back. 3 days later I was told the car was finally ready, after having chased them endlessly (btw... the work it needed I was told would take 20 minutes). I get there and the car isn't ready and was in fact in a worse state than when I first saw it. Waited for over almost 2 hours and the car still wasn't ready. There was only 1 other customer (who also looked cheesed off) and all 5 members of staff were standing around in the office. It seems to me that they try their very best to take a deposit from you then P you off so you don't take the car and they pocket your deposit. There were no apologies and they wouldn't even look at me when I ask for a refund. They simply walked away and said no.

Please please please stay away from this company. They are conmen.

And a message to Northolt Giantz... please don't bother replying to me. Everything you say is clearly BS.

Put a £300 deposite on a car which needed some fixes (leak in the roof, boot didn't open)They said they would call me in 5 days and let me know the car is ready. I received no call back and everytime I did get through to them they would say "call back in 20mins, I'll check on the status" - then no one would call back or pick-up the phone! After 2 weeks of this - I have finally decided to contact my bank and get a refund as this company is clearly run by criminals who think they can get away anything. Do not use them. I'm hoping th epolice get involved in my case.

Went there to see a car, at first the staff was very friendly but towards the end it felt like I was being forced to buy the car. decided to think about it, funny enough when I asked the salesman about the vehicle he said it wasn't involved in any accidents, however when I done my check it turned out that the vehicle was involved in a accident, not once but twice!!

been ripped off! gave me a faulty car. now i cant get my money back, and my warranty doesnt even work?? i seriously dont understand how these people run a business.! i wish i knew about this site before purchasing a car!

this is the worst place ever.i was so stupid that i trust them.they gave me warranty which was fake.the car has a lots of serious problem which was fixed temporary.......

I drove 2 hours to this garage for a car I really loved and got it home for it not Start the next morning phoned the garage and the warranty I payed £100 for was not real. I have lost £2500 so far and have no car still the garage will no longer answer the phone. I also part exchanged my old car and 2 months later they hadn't sent off the log book and the car had been in a hit and run and was contacted by the police as I was still the owner. This garage has totally ripped me off and they will do it to u if u go there so DO NOT DO IT x
