Autoworld, West Midlands

I was going to buy a car from Autoworld a Renault dealership in the West Midlands. There was a problem with the car and I cancelled the sale. I then received the vehicle registration document as they had sent my details off before I took possesion of the car. I then returned the document to them and they failed to do anything with it until they called me a month later to find out if I had the document. Obviously they had either filed or lost it, (Very good admin!) I had to contact DVLA for the 2nd time and they were going to get them to confirm I never had the car. I have now 2 months later received a police notification of prosecution for speeding in this car. Again obviously Autoworld did nothing until they wanted to sell this vehicle. I have now had to contact DVLA, Autoworld and the Police. Autoworld wanted me to send them the police notification, probably so they could just lose it like they did the registration certificate. I have received no help from this company and would never use them again.
