The sales reps all work together and there is no competitive atmosphere. Everybody gets involved and they really help you any way they can. There was also no pressure or mind games. I used to buy new cars only but for my daughter as a new driver bought used car from Autotech Emporium, it was a good experience. I remember she went to New York with friends and car had some small problem. She called me and I talked to Manager at Mississauga location, he spoke to their NewYork Hillside location and my daughter's car was fixed on priority basis and she had comfort like home. I just bought a car from tem 2 months ago. They showed me carproof which had a small claim. I asked for carfax and they printed one right away and it was clean. I do give them a 5/5 for their customer service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Had to wait for sometime to speak to a sales rep. though (they should have more people on a busy day) but for the deal I got, it was worth the wait.
