(Name removed) did a great job of selling not only the vehicle but also his trust and built our confidence in Auto Direct. The one thing that I do think should be reconsidered is the policy on fuel in sold vehicles. Once a car is sold that car should be cleaned (as you do well now) and the vehicle should have at least 3/4 of a tank of fuel. To have a customer leave the lot with 1/4 of a tank of gas says that since we have purchased the vehicle there is now no need to impress us further. Enough money has been spent on the purchase as it is. I was unhappy with leaving the lot and going directly to the gas station.
