They had a car I liked and they did help me sort out finance but the description they write is over the top and just wrong in some places if people take the time to read it.

They say the car will have a major service with timing belt change,it wont have a major service,it will have an engine service with timing belt change.

They included the invoice for the items they said they had changed on the service but upon examining the service book it had been ticked that the spark plugs had not been changed.

Cars these days have lots of electronic devices and I wanted them all to work,words are free,"yes we will fix this and that" but when they realised how much one thing would cost to get working they suddenly changed their minds and would not fix it.

The more they tried to fob me off the more determined I was to have them repaired.I finally dealt with someone in charge who could actually make decisions and tell the truth.

The car was very clean but the paint work had been buffed too much and when the sun caught it there were tons of swirl marks showing.

How come they have changed their name,does not look good does it.

I bought a car of them after about a month it went into limp so I rang them as it had 3 months warranty they told me to ring back in January as it was coming up to Christmas , in January i rang back to see what they were going to do also by this time the car had developed more problems they told me they had no records for this vehicle and would look into it after a day or 2 I rang back but they kept fobbing me of in the end I got the car fixed elsewhere won't be using them again also have seen lately they've been in court over dodgy stuff

Good friendly service ,no pressure sales, car was cleaned and polished upon collection ,very knowledgable staff and honest about any minor problems with car.

I live 30 miles from Blackburn. I was a little surprised at the small entrance, but it`s huge inside, There were some good quality cars but I was looking at one in particular. The staff were friendly and helpful with the transaction to buy it being seamless. I would buy another, but being well pleased with this one I am not in a rush.

I purchased an audi a3 from AML. Unfortunately the car had some problems which later developed. The staff were very helpful (I dealt with Jimmy and Imran - Top guys!) to resolve the problem and paid for very expensive repair bills and provided a courtesy car. I have had bad experiences in the past with other used car dealers which just palm you away. All in all excellent service and very good after sales support. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

travelled from London as there wasn't a car of the same quality nearer, they held the car as requested for the next day.

met the guys and the service was great, took us round the car and for a test drive, when we returned they gave us space and time to think it over and any issues we had with the car, they agreed to sort the issues out for the collection by the next week.

on the pick up the car was as they described it would be, cleaned and polished and all ready for our arrival, and with a bunch of flowers for my wife too.

not much else to say but a great service. thank you.

I was searching for a new car when I found a Vauxhall Astra on auto trader located at Ashton motors. I gave the company a ring to arrange a time to pop down and view the car and they were more than helpful. The car can with a full engine service and cam belt change which they do as a standard for every car they sell. They have plenty of cars on offer and all at great prices. I would definately recommend going to have a look and see what they have to offer. Thanks for the service fellas

I have just purchased a Rav 4 from Ashton Motors Ltd and they are a very professional team. They could not have been more helpful and friendly. The experience was a pleasure from start to finish. .hey give you a really honest service and my car was what they said it was. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. All the staff I dealt with are helpful. The car came with a full service and I mean a proper service. Twelve months MOT and they even sorted my tax out. These guys do, 'what it says on the tin' Very happy with the Rav 4 and will recommending to my colleagues at school and friends.

Very impressed when walking into the premises, excellent selection of vehicles at reasonable prices, immaculately clean and tidy throughout. All the Staff were very helpful and informative without being ' pushy' . We were very pleased with our deal, after finding a small defect, we contacted Ashton Motors, and this was resolved very quickly to our full satisfaction. We would definitely deal with them again, and recommend them to others. The flowers were a nice touch !

firstly, thanks to all the helpful staff at Ashton Motors Ltd. i bought my car from them yesterday. after months of search on the autotrader, i finally found a dealer who wasnt too pushy or the opposite, and someone reliable who you can pass over your hard earned/saved money to, with maximum peace of mind. i would definatey contact them again for another car, and recommend them to everyone. take care guys, :)
