Arnold Clark are a good firm to buy a car from - the service was excellent up until the point I paid for the car.

I, like many have had problems with Arnold Clark's aftersales. After multiple attempts at remedying a simple fault, I made a complaint. It was handled poorly, at times causing personal offence, and has yet to be concluded with any degree of satisfaction.

Personally, I have little trust in the firm. I no longer use them for servicing of any kind and would never buy another car from them again.

Best avoided - unless you have a wide masochistic streak!
