We were in need of a new car and spotted a little white ford fiesta online that was ideal for us, we contacted them about going to see the car and paid a deposit to secure it. We drove 100 miles to see the new car and couldn't of received a warmer welcome. We were sorted out by the friendliest guy you could meet. Everybody we came across in the salesroom was hilarious and we were kept well entertained. Because we had travelled so far they suggested different places for us to visit and to eat at, it was just a really pleasant experience overall. Lovely cars, lovely people. Perfect. Thanks for making what should be a teeth grinding experience so easy. 

Was not allowed a test drive unless I signed a pile of papers. I was kept waiting a few hours before I could leave the show room with the so called deal, and the car has been in and out of the garage ever since. Never buying a car from Arnold Clark!
